I hope this is the case my friend
The KW 292O is a brand new watch. I haven't even seen an "hands on" review of it yet!!! At this point, changes in pricing is unlikely to have anything to do with the quality of the watch or an attempt by the company to clear out parts and inventory to make way for a new version. Even if the company makes some improvements to correct a QC issue, those improvements will probably just be part of a "new batch" with little fanfare--not a whole new version. The major retailers (Kuvarsit, Puretime) are sill offering the watch for $298, which may be V6/KW's suggested price. Sead sold the watch for $259 from launch, so clearly the bigger dealers had a healthy mark up. Intime may have just lowered its price in response to its competition at the retail level--without any input or guidance from KW/V6F. It also may be the case that Ryan bought a large number of these watches at launch and they are selling slower than expected. This isn't an business where you want to be sitting on inventory for a whole host of reasons. This is just my educated speculation, but I wouldn't let a big price drop scare you off.
