yes, not nice when things don't go smooth, not at all..

and it is always easy to second guess..

very glad to hear an gentleman's agreement was made,
and wish you the best with the new jewel..

the J12 is a super looker, no doubt!

Glad you got it sorted out, hopefully the new one will indeed be better!

You can tell I like mine (despite it's flaws) so I think the little lady will be happy with hers when all is said and done.

At this point I look at ordering watches as a potentially long ordeal... order, wait, get it, work out problems, send back, get replacement... hopefully that fixes it...

Either way, good that it's taken care of, post up when you get the new one (hopefully a happy post)!

yea Dev. you might be right. I might have to start looking at that also.
Funny thing. I thought I had this sorted out but turns out Joshua has some problem with paypal (not related to me) so he can not issue any refunds to me!

He will give me store credit for the price difference though... Oh well. I guess it is better than nothing right guys?

anytime you don't loose money on something you didnt want is a good thing. storecredit is a good thing.

I'm really sorry to hear about everything that happened...I don't think you were out of line to go with a
paypal dispute...This opens up communications and at least motivates the dealer to do something...Once I had a problem with a watch and asked for advice from a competing dealer and he was the one that suggested opening up a paypal
dispute if I wanted to be heard...

All this is bullshit....the bottom line is Josh didn't refund you because he just doesn't want to give back any money...
Listen...if he can continue to take paypal payments...believe me...he has the power to refund...he just
doesn't want to cuz he knows in the end u'll probably just go away...

All this talk about 'a game'...and we should fall in line and play by the rules...nonsense...
You got a drop shipped watch that was flawed...no one checked it cuz no one really cares...I had a candid
convo with a forum approved dealer, and i respected the fact that he was totally honest with me...he
told me simply in the end its business...they want to make as much as possible and get the hell out...they can't
do this forever...all they can do is maximize profit and get out, retire and pass the reins to another...

The thing is you're at the mercy of Josh at the moment...try to make the best of it...and then RUN!

yea I am pretty sure that is the case. If he can accept PP I am also certain he can refund.. But at least thsi way I am not hit with a restocking fee and I just hope that he wont close any time soon.

store credit is bs.... but after a chargeback you are lucky to get anything.

everybody should do a paypoop dispute***...

then all of the trouble for dealers will mean no paypoop

and no more problems with it...

***ppdispute means all of dealer funds in that account frozen for what is like

4 ever... lol... sweet deal... for paypal, think of all the millions of bucks they can

hold on to for long time making themselves interest... they care.. about your bucks

and about dealers bucks, yes, because to the is their money.. not yours..

Wow guys you are not going to believe this!

So we agreed on store credit... Well he seems to be having a problem with paypal so I agreed to send him additional money for another watch through western union.

Now he has already recieved my $800 J12 that I had sent back to him. He told me that I would get a smaller replacement by my Jan 31st deadline...(He recieved it last thursday or so).

He also told me yesterday when I ordered the new watch and sent the extra money via western union that the replacement J12 had already been sent 2 days ago and he examined it himself and all is well....

Well today I wake up and I get an email from Josh showing me pictures of a different J12 (different diamond bezel which is a fantasy bezel beceause this version does not exist as a gen) and said that the original watch is not available and will not become available until mid-february! This is all after he said he persionally inspected it and already shipped it two days ago! Guys what should I do??? At this point I am out $915 and no watch...

confront him on the issue of what watch was shipped 2 days ago? and what kind of business he's doing? this does not sound a like a top 5 seller now. i would not take teh fantasy bezel.

tell him to pay andrew and have andrew pp you the money.

boy, this is aggravating.

hope everything works out for you man......

i've never had any problem with josh before but if it was me.....

i would have just got the whole refund from him and dealt with someone else if he was giving me this much trouble.....

He said that there wa sa delay with the shipping and he just found out...
I just asked if he can western union me a refund for both watches...
The reason I had to WU him more money is because I got a Bentley GT which was $130 more than what I had store credit for...

He never wanted to give me a refund! Finally when I convinced him he said I would have to pay him sometrhing like $130 re-stocking fee because IW anted a refund on a defective watch!
We then came to a an agreement that he would just send me a smaller version of the watch (since I realized that it was too big) and he would give me store credit towards a different watch. I wanted a Breitling Bentley GT so I sent him more money through western union (All of this was sent to him right away, I pay very promprtly)...

I am talking to him onw though for a possible total refund so I will keep you guys posted on this.



By the way guys. If he gets someone else to Paypal me. My paypal is not linked to a bank account but is linked to my credit card. If he decides to PP me a reffund will it go straight ot my credit card? Will PP charge me any feees. I have never done this before.

He now says that he will not give me a refund any time soon. He said I might get a refund in 180 days...

that is f**king 6 months maaan. what the hell? aaaggh gee max, you gave him more money too w/o waiting to see if the other one pulled through?

can u get a refund on the breitling at least? can u retract your PP claim? when will josh step up?

Wow crick don't even tell me... I lost some hair doing this transaction. I can not get any sort of refund. I feel stupid now for sending him more money but he was very convincing in his email and I TRUSTED him... The best he said he can do is give me a moneygramm fro the $120 (Really $137) that I sent him through WU yesterday but the rest he will not refund!

He said to stop sending him more enquiries because he will not be responding to them and threatened that he would post it on the forums about me for other people to be careful with me!!!
