Then what are you doing on this forum? Do you expect your demands to change the way they run their businesses? You are aware that it’s a business of producing and selling illegal fake toy watches right? Normal business rules don’t apply to criminal businesses. As you suggest your only option is to stay away and don’t buy fake watches if you cannot accept the way the business works.

Bro I understand you very well. Point is that one guy the other day said all his divers are waterproof, he tested them and he also said Puretime testing it also before they ship. So I just want to know bloody truth here. Thats all

Some of the dealers offer a water resistant service for a fee. Personally I take them to a rep friendly watchnaker. However there have been some that simply could not be made water resistant. This was only a small few though.

Personally I wouldn’t trust a rep to be water proof and e.g. take it to the sea even if it’s “water proof”.

They usually rely on greased gaskets of low quality. In most cases they will dry out and the gaskets leak sooner than later in my experience.

If you invest in high quality gaskets and have a watch smith preassure test the watch it may become water proof and stay that way longer.

Just my two cent.

This is exactly what needs to be done. Rep gaskets are crap.

That's not what you said earlier man.

Shouldnt TDs test it at least for swimming before they sell it??? Who needs the watch that can stop working because of the rain? I wouldnt want it for free

Sounds like you are not asking for the truth, but rather demanding that all the TDs all test their watches to the extent you want them to.

But even if a TD say he tests them, would you risk it? I think most wouldn't.

$40 Casios have a proper QC department. Reps do not. These things are assembled in mobile facilities. Build them and get them off the premises asap, before the authorities get wind of where they are.. QC gets done by the Dealers, they too have no interest in holding onto them for very long due to the risks involved.

Hi mates, did not have time to read all of the reviews so i will go straight at the point, i have bought an ARF 126600 v3 but want to mod it a bit, i was thinking about the bezel, the question is
DOES THE GEN BEZEL FIT ON THE ARF 126600 V3?

Wrong place to ask that. This thread is about the CF bezel for the sub.

Just wanted to post a pic of my CF bezel on ARF 116610 in this thread. The bezel teeth is sharper than ARF. The bezel is tighter. Doesn't wobble as much as the ARF. Hopefully the paint does not flake as quick as the ARF. The bezel a bit harder to spin vs before.

Did you manage to have this fixed? I have the same issue with Clean.

Fixed now - Mike from NY shaved the clamping ring to allow bezel sit lower.

Here's the new look, CF V1 with Sponge-bob mod on the watch and the long waited comparison to stock CF bezel

You can clearly see the color difference between Spongebob and Clean, Spongebob has that nice, creamy metallic shine to it
