Jtime is not a fraud. Have you contacted them through all forms of communication? WhatsApp, Email and through here. If you really aren’t having a good experience, you can make a review and contact RWI staff. Also are you sure you made the purchase through the legitimate Jtime and not a scam site.

How did you order from them? Are you sure you didn't order from a fake Jtime website?
