When people say not having it white gold plated is obvious tell, is it really? Is white gold and stai less steel that easy to tell apart ?

It may not be super obvious in photos but in real life if you've even handled 1 white gold you will certainly see the difference in hand. It has a warmer tone to it. However people can't tell 10 feet away,

white gold is definitely more shiny IRL. under certain lighting condition, it would even appear a bit yellowish.
Is it an obvious tell? I don't think so. Average person can't tell the difference unless you're constantly surrounded by watch experts.
Folks, sorry for my ignorance. I'm told that the gain weight version is also WG plated but the dial doesn't have sunburst. Can any of you confirm these info? How can you source a "sunburst" dial?

In the QC pics and video the watch doesn't look WG plated to me at all. So the WG plating is either a false info or the presented watch is a previous version without WG plating.
