Just read through this and am almost as caught up in PAMs as I am with ceramic rollies.

What do you think? Nothing jumps out at me. Swan neck actually looks decent, no visible gap. I see the roller on the lever and the movement engraving looks OK.

Here are the additional movement pics. I've already OK'd this watch. I think I got a pretty decent swan neck. No gap and the incablock is lined up pretty parallel to the dagger.

Thanks man :) why do people buy swiss then? and its more expensive

They think that are buying a real "SWISS" like the installed in the gen, and they are looking for accuracy and reliability
They don't know that "Swiss" in rep in more inaccurate than Rep 6497, and that Asian 6497-2 is as reliable as the "Swiss" in reps.

Hi,

I've been reading this forum for a while now, and it gave me whole lot of new information.
So here I am, about to buy the 111N V3. However, I'm a bit concerned regarding the need to open a screw and apply some Loctite on it. Could anyone help enlight me on this? What will happen if I don't put Loctite on it?
Secondly, the 111N V3 has been around for a while, yes? Am just asking, but is it still worth it to buy the V3? As there might be newer version from Noob in the near future (in few months possibly)?

Thanks,
Elbert
