Those watches come from China
What would you like? Beluga Caviar??
LOL
ALE
I've seen posts on finds in their watch movements. Dirt, pube etc...
i found a grain of rice!
@voxx The second watch also has a Seagull instead of 7750
I told him that I would wait for that perfect watch to come down the line. They can't be all bad ..as long as he is willing to accepts a "reject" until it happens, I will also be patient.
I'm afraid you're going to be in for a loooooong wait bud. IMO, your expectations are unrealistic. Sounds like Toro felt the same way if he gave up on you.
Wow ! ... this thread is 17 pages of people nit-picking every screw apart on countless QC pictures and pointing out 1 crooked bezel marker and saying they'd reject it.
I get 2 sets pf pictures with 2 out of 3 markers crooked on each one and my expectations are unrealistic ? Not to mention a crown sticking out too much.
There have been many QC pictures with very minor details pointed out that I would have taken in a heart beat. When I say "that perfect watch" I mean one that doesn't having any glaring cosmetic issues. I don't think my expectations are "unrealistic".
I am also well aware that these watches tarnish when handled often ...that's the beauty of a Bronzo. When you see 15-20 sets of QC pictures and all of them look relatively shiny and new and the 2 sets you receive look like they've already been around the block a few times is what made me think that perhaps toro was being sent watches that had been around and handles already ...maybe rejected. When he offered to refund me, I see that as a conscientious seller who is looking to offer the best service and product to a customer and kudos to him for that. Some people in this thread have refused 3-4 watches before getting one that met there satisfaction.
Well it looks like this one could be the one.
The 15 is ever so slightly askew but I can live with that if the crown isn't sticking out too much ...I've asked for a bette4r picture showing the crown.
Can someone ( hint hint ...Pure b ) confirm that is indeed a seagull ?
I have read here that a crown not seated closely enough to the body CAN mean that watch may not be water-proof ... is that correct ?
