Just got my QC pics today for my PAM382 VSF V2. Had to reject it because of how rough it is. Gasket sticking out, scratches. I don't mind some normal discoloration/patina, but this one seems worse and damaged in places. I also noticed that the crown guard lever pin is not all the way through. Is that normal? Don't think i have seen that before. Kinda quit looking for minor flaws after seeing all this.

I wonder if the factory is trying to get rid of their worst watch first and hope people don't reject it or if there are no better ones left. Nothing the TD can do about it i guess, but not spotting that gasket is kinda bad... I hope the next one is better than this.

After rejecting the watch yesterday i got some new pics today. It is the same watch but they now fixed the gasket. They also put the watch at 6 o'clock as i requested in my order, but they forgot the first time. This makes it easier to check the dial/bezel alignment for me. And they removed the sticker on the back since i complained that i couldn't see the movement.

Due to the big flaw with the gasket and marks i didn't inspect the whole watch very precise the first time, expecting them to offer me another watch after rejecting. I took a better look at it today. The dial and bezel seems to be pretty good aligned compared to what i have seen before on the forums. The time is not perfect at 6 but even the gen pam that i own doesn't do that perfect, so not a big deal there. The dial markers/bezel are more important cause that is what you'll see all the time.

There are some marks/scratches on the side and back of the watch. But i guess i could just sand/polish those away.
In some photo's the bezel lume dot seems a bit off, but i'm not sure if that is a reflection.

Maybe i should consider accepting the watch now. Assuming they did a proper job fixing it.

What do you think? Anything i am missing? mysterio PAM1983
