The batch of ARF dials with the thicker/correct sized subs has finished so we won’t see them for a while. They’re back to using the dial with the thinner subs.

Yeah i saw many of them of new batch and all of them have thin subdials again

Makes no sense to me. But then this is typical of the rep industry...one step forward and then one step backward :(

Hey guys. I got my Noob v3 QC and I'm concerned about what appears to be a gap (look between the bezel and case at 65 to 70 of the bezel). Any ideas what's going on there? I think it's got fat subdials, too, but hard for me to tell. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

There is no gap, that’s reflection from markers

Which TD you order from? I got QC for a V3 about a week ago and it still have the correct size subdials. I made a gif of yours and my QC and your subdials is definitely thicker.

This is my first time posting a gif so not sure if it's going to work.

If you order a v3 you’re more likely to get the slightly fat subs (not as fat as v1) some will still have the ‘2.2’ dial but if you refuse your qc because of the subs your TD is going to have a hard time getting this dial. Same as the Arf there’s still going to be some stock around but if your TD has to order it you’re probably going to get thin subs

red1 Yes, I agree. I accepted the watch and hope to find the proper ARF dial to replace it.

hey guys. I recently pulled the trigger on the Daytona again.

This was my first one. I didn't know at the time that there were such things as fat or thin sub dials. but based on what i think i can see. this was a fat sub dial one?

So i started a search for a thin subdial version of the V3, which is pretty hard to find yeah.

so I got these QC photos from my contact (Not a TD here but a friend i know) (two are rejected ones and I have question about one)

Rejected ones:

and the one i have question for:
IMG-7059.jpg

based on my limited knowledge and eyesight, the one that i am questioning, has slightly thinner sub dials right? or am i tripping and they are all the same?

Hello all. hope you all are doing well !

I always think my watch (right hand side of the picture) has a thin subdial….maybe this is a V1 ARF ? I am thinking to get a Noob V3 if the V3 dial is better than mine...
Can someone please tell me my ARF is V1 or V2?

Your help would be highly appreciated! Stay well and healthy!

Hi, it's a old version of V2, the newest has bigger subdials

(sorry I didn't see that you had already an answer)

Still too shiny :(

I changed my ordered from only ARF bracelet to a whole ARF V2 watch as so if I find it too shiny in person I can swap the dial and clasp onto the noob v3. After talking to numerous people though it seems like the shininess only appears in certain lights and angles. I wonder if it will be worth swapping once seeing with my own eyes on wrist.

Yes the Noob is still too shiny and the sub dials looks too thin now LOL

I haven’t seen too many black ARF V2 pics but the last few I’ve seen, the sub dial looks thicker then gen. Could you post a QC pic of the dial so I can compare it? Thanks

Thickness looks very 2019-2020 gen like imo. But still shiny in this light. I should have qc pics this week and I will post then also post side by side when I get them in.
