I placed an order for just the bracelet with Andrew at Trusty Time. $158.

Did you get the bracelet? How is the quality? I have a gen 3861 but my watch doesn't have the adjustable clasp. Wondering if it would be comparable. If so, I'd buy it just for the adjustable clasp since the gen bracelet is like $750-760.

If only they made this one with the new bracelet, I would get one in a heartbeat. Has anyone bought the bracelet separately (from the new Snoopy version) and tried it on an OMF?

Btw, how is the lume on the OMF? I know the original is not superb (after all it’s not a diver), but the MoonSwatch versions are really appalling in that front.

PS: I think the numbers are too small on the rep, leaving way too much space between the font and the edge of the bezel, and of course between the digits themselves.

IMO, and I could be wrong, the reason for that is the bezel looks like it's from the 1861 (the bracelet design is also of the 1861 as well as no DON). Your watch is a 3861. Our 3861s have slightly shorter markers on the bezel.

Main issue is, on his watch, bezel and bracelet say 1861 but dial markers (looking at the number of marks between each minute) say it's a 3861.

It's rather underwhelming in the gen. Can't imagine the rep is any worse. If anything, it may even be better than in the gen.

Oops. I just realised I was looking at the wrong pic. I was looking at @tupac662's pic.

But yes you're right. The OMF looks very inconsistent. Something looks very off about the bezel. Bracelet looks like it's from the 1861. Dial is from the 1861 and not 3861.

Probably one of the only watches I'll ever buy in gen (already did but yeah) is the Moonwatch.

Btw someone said the lume on the 3861 is horrible. It isn't the best but it isn't too bad either.

I’ll be buying one in the next few months lol. I’ve set aside 5k so far to buy a new gen, need to save a few thousand more, but I limit myself to only putting 1k per month towards it.

I purchased a new gen 3861 back in November 22, I am new to rep's (just ordered a CF Daytona from J-Time, awaiting shipping). Looking at the Moonwatch rep photos gives me anxiety as a side by side with a gen the differences are super obvious. What I do realize though is that its VERY rare anyone pays attention to my watch, or anyone else's for that matter lol. Its just watch people that notice, and from 3 plus feet away there's no way someone could tell.

Ok I think I just typed my anxiety away lol.
