Just got the quartz snoopy. Amazing build quality. Everything is pretty much spot on. Except .....the 3 and 6 sub dials are completely wrong. The rep has a gmt 24 hour sub dial at 3 for god sakes. I rather have non functional sub dials that has atleast the right functions printed on the dial. Oh well, for the price, still a keeper.

I got the lemania snoopy and love it except one thing. The starry sky on the backside is sadly a simple blue without any stars.

The Quartz one has stars but it's obviously just a piece of printed card board cased underneath the sapphire back.

Basically impossible with the currently available cheap movements because the subdials are too far apart. You can get some vintage movements with the correct proportions, but they're so expensive that by the time you add on the cost of gen dial and hands you might as well get a whole gen watch

Id be happy with one with a quality quartz movement, solid caseback anyway...my ap chronos seiko quartz is great.

Only those with no small sec, otherwise you'll notice the quartz movement at the very first sight.

Grey dial is no problem, lots of reps out there. But so far the gen is the only option for the bezel lume. The only GSOTM/DSOTM/WSOTM, etc. rep I've ever seen with the proper lumed bezel is a Dark Side quartz cheapie PT and others sell:

I've been meaning to pick one up just because I like the bezel so much. Sadly, it's "Grey Side" counterpart does NOT have the lumed bezel:

Strangely, a few dealers even offer a supposedly full ceramic case GSOTM rep with an A7750 at ~$400 and even it doesn't have bezel lume. :no:

Thanks Scott,has anyone tried to take the time to take a lumed bezel off another warch.
Puretime are3 great, have you seen a ss verion of the dsom ?
Need to hunt the TD and see what omes come up.

It's an interesting idea, but the DSOTM bezel is black so it wouldn't really "look right" on another model. Plus I have no idea if the bezel is even removable on these reps. Might be glued or welded on or even part of the case.

I'm not sure what you mean by SS version? All of the reps of the DSOTM so far have been PVD SS, except for the full ceramic one I mentioned earlier.

On the Darkside that I had, like the one in his first link, the bezel was part of the frame with no insert to remove. Bezel and case were all one piece so non-removable.
Couldn't sleep so I popped on RWI for a bit. Glad I did. Hope this helps [emoji106]

I adore the panda as well. I saw a pic posted by another member recently and he told me that it was an old rep but I couldn't find it anywhere...apparently it was repped at some point :/
