That’s true actually. When they use a better movement will be the time to buy one.

Is there a recommended clone movement from another maker that can be dropped in to increase reliability?

Unfortunatelly DD3285 doesn't fit in. Actually it does, but not without quite some fiddling about (https://forum.replica-watch.info/threads/dogwoods-watchmaking-journey.10922197/post-11396761) plus it's nearly impossible to find a DD3285 unless you are willing to sacrifice a donor from clean but I don't think it's worth the hassle, especially since the (un)reliability of the SH3285 is not yet confirmed nor denied.

The screw that holds the rotor on has a nasty habit of snapping in the post.

I thought I saw this issue was with the DD3285? I forget whose post it was but they showed the rotor screw coming off on their new Clean GMT and I think Ctime had replied they were looking into it with the factory.

Is this also an issue w/ the SH3285 or they're timebombs for other reasons?
Reason I ask is I got a C+ Batgirl a few weeks ago from another member and its been running like a champ. Hopefully it stays so!

There are many reported damages, mostly DOAs. Seems the keyless is the main problem. The intermediate wheels are too weak.

Anybody know what the bezel assembly is like , does it just pop off on these or even on the old noob version, pretty sure they did on the noob as they took gen parts
Also on the subject any one else got a noisy rotor, mines sounds pretty loud
