GMF Day-Date 40mm Tungsten Heavy Version

So
Apparently JDF, GMF and BP are the same in china.
My experience with GMF and BP are both 10/10 never having a JDF so far.
These are pictures of the weight of each watch, with the difference of 161 to 167 between different models.
The rose gold olive green dial weighs 199-225g, so there’s still a 30g+ difference but much more comfortable than 80g difference.
I’m waiting on more pictures of the RG Olive to make my mind on it, if I pull the trigger I’m going to study the Mallory crankshaft balancing weight coins we can have made to fit inside the watch case back. This watch not having a clone movement it may leave space for this.
And of course if getting it I’ll also wrap it properly.

I have the YG / Green in order over at PT. I tried it on at my AD 2 days ago. Very nice heft and weight, Hopefully JDF will deliver in the heft department.So

but what movement are in these watches? that are displayed on the scales? theres a 6 grams difference? has to be in the movement?

Big word for a watch you’ve never seen it in person. Personally I’ve never cared about pictures colour looks for gold watches.
I would go crazy even looking at gen watches like that!
Every camera has a settings and precious metals are always hard to capture their true colour tone.
Anyway! Go big or go home is what they say…
Much more worthwhile now to properly wrap a watch, @Nikz19 put me on the queue

you can always send it out to get replated. Better to do it right away before putting any nicks or dings on it. I sent mine to @Flandadcash here in conus and was very pleased with his work.
The quality of the GMF Day-Dates are very good. Special in my written review for a YG model 36mm = 128238 it was from the beginning a real great deal.

What are the most noticeable flaws nowadays?
I assume the GMF bracelets are a lot sharper than gen and overall minor flaws like rehaut, etc.?
Many people somehow never go much into detail when it comes to these models in comparison to the bigger factories sports lines.

You are missing the point! Weight is and always has been the most noticeable flaw. On the wrist no one will call you out.

Got the Green dail yesterday, i felt the weight of the watch immediately, went to the scale 166 grams. Top feels heavy even the braclet has weight to it. I very happy, gonna order a white gold version right away. The only thing that sucks is the waiting time to get these watches
