You sound like the one who is a bit ignorant.

This forum is to check the smallest of details in things and check for every flaw. Each watch on this list at least took 3-4 hours of research to consider. You would think a price Would be easy enough to just type next to the watch.

Sounds like a good project. As a community member why don’t you undertake that assignment and add value rather than bestow additional requests on those already doing extensive work for the benefit of this community.

It wouldn't. Price change, watches don't. End of story.

Btw, cheapest one is the Toro Bravo offer on PAM Boutique editions.

I’ll toss out as a guess that the Rolexes made in 904L SS are probably among the most expensive. I guess this because it’s an improvement but not a complication and incremental complications generally take the price up but the standing on the ladder lower or farther from genuine in appearance. That said the actual metal isn’t really more expensive so I’d be surprised if that price gap was sustainable over time.

What is the cheapest super rep on the list. And then also which is the most expensive? Thanks

Sent from my iPhone using RWI

What?? There has been a ton of research into compiling this list. The least you can do is look up the prices yourself....

I would think after someone else has spent 3-4 hours researching these watches and as prices fluctuate between dealers that you could hold up your end and do a simple search on the various TD’s for the best price?

Aquaracer 300, not 100% sure about this one, I think @Daywatch can confirm ? It's the one with the Ronda Quartz. I have one in mind but I'll wait for him to confirm not to confuse anyone.

Calibre 5 is that one :
https://puretime03.com/aquaracer-calibre-5-ss-11-black-dial-on-black-rubber-strap-sw200.html

I don't know about the one linked above.

Hi, thanks - glad to confirm. This refers to the TAG Heuer Aquaracer Chronograph Quartz Grande Date, gen reference CAF101F.BA0821
The white and black versions are in the super-rep category imho, it´s a quartz with the similar Ronda quartz movement and functions as the gen.

Mine was from Supermirrors, Intime-link for reference: https://www.intime01.co/tag-heuer/1...s-white-dial-on-ss-bracelet-swiss-ronda-.html
Some additional info and quick pics with some dustspecks below.
Designed and developed by professional divers, this Aquaracer watch represents TAG Heuer's historical dedication to scuba diving and extreme sports.

hxicsAx.jpg

Weight: 175 grams including bracelet (some links removed)
Case: 43mm without crown
Dial: 31 mm
Thickness: 12,06 mm exactly

Accuracy: +/- 2 seconds per month, not measurable 0,064 secs per day. It´s a grab&go, I set the time twice a Year when it´s Summer/Wintertime.

Quality/feel: Impressive, apart from the AP V5 Diver it’s the best overall quality I found in a rep. meaning Chronopushers, stem, time-setting, screw-in crown working smooth and precise as a gen. Not only looks but also feels like the gen which is great; crown and pushers come with gaskets.

Bezel: It´s a 60 minute rotating bezel, 2 clicks per minute. Sits tight and well, rotates easily, precisely and fast with somewhat loud clicks. Got a luminous pearl at 12´ together with the marker at 12´ it’s a nice nighttime effect for locating the 12´position;

Lume: Best overall lume in a quartz-rep;

Chrono: Use it as much as You want or need, it won´t break. The main second hand is locked at the 12´ position unless You use the chrono. This is a perfect feature because You don´t have a big ticking hand to look at, this was one of the reasons to buy it quartz in the first place. The running seconds tick visibly at 3´ position if You look direct at the subdial. If the eyes are looking either to the big date at 12´or the 6´encircled subdial You can´t tell. The minute counter scaled to 30 is at the 9´position.
Best chrono feature: Sweeping (!) 1/10 seconds are displayed at the 6´position. This hand sweeps flawlessly (no ticking) very fast measuring 1/10 seconds for the first minute. After the first minute it stops sweeping and starts measuring the hours elapsed – up to 12 hrs counter.

Date: Big date display in 2 windows – one for each datewheel - at 12´, nice feature, perfect visibility

Caseback: Nice, crisp and deep engravings with very high quality of the divers helmet
YUM5FlP.jpg

Bracelet: comes with a double deployant clasp and easy to use (just push open) divers extension. It has 3 working positions for micro-adjustment on the clasp (with tool).
APn4z8X.jpg

Small ticking seconds at three and a best chrono feature: Sweeping (!) 1/10 seconds are displayed at the 6´position. This hand sweeps flawlessly (no ticking) very fast measuring 1/10 seconds for the first minute. After the first minute it stops sweeping and starts measuring the hours elapsed – up to 12 hrs counter.

On the list of super reps is a Tag Heuer Aquaracer 300 & Tag Heuer Aquaracer Calibre 5, what specific models are theses?
From what i know its the 41mm case on nylon straps aquaracer calibre 5 and quartz are the super rep. The stainless steel bracelet versions are 43mm and are meant to have flaws withs markers on dial or bezel

I've heard cyclops on the 41mm can look off, 43mm looks good, what's the issue with the dial/bezel?

Good job Omagad.
Obviously there is a lot of data on the forum going back many years, I don't know how much if any was lost in the major server change over but I can remember the BPFF being debated and the Noob V1 was considered a super rep and is in fact sort after and coveted by many of the members, has this now been changed?
The Rolex Sea Dweller 4000 (116600) Noob V2 SA3135 has a major tell so I don't know how that is in the super rep list! you can see the tell from arms length (insert numeral paint colour).
Some of the watch names could do with a slight amendment, the 114300 is more accurately referred to as the Oyster Perpetual 39mm 114300. I have quite a few off the list in both gen and rep so will help you if I can.

Regarding the watch names, as long as you can find it easily, it's not so important I think but I could specify, yeah.

Regarding the SD4K V2 on SA3135, what is the "major tell" exactly ? Not sure, are you talking of the darker paint on insert numbers ?

I'm not sure I understood this either : "in fact sort after and coveted by many of the members, has this now been changed?"

Thanks for participating !

Yes its paint colour! (much darker silver instead of platinum) is the Noob V1 BPFF no longer a super rep? (it is considered better than the ZF) the ZF was released after the noob V2 which had faults compared to V1, I believe the tooling from noob was sold to ZF and they then restarted production. There is extensive information regarding this here and all over the net.
So you should list as Noob V1 and ZF.
If you read ALE's guide - it is a good way that he has classified the extensive pam reference that has been debated years ago with regard to terminology. The term super rep can't really be applied to the SD4K v2 unless you change the commonly accepted meaning. The only thing that has been generally accepted as ok to change but still retaining SR status is the straps.

You're right on the SD4K v2, it's darker. I'll do a poll, since this list is about consensus. :)

I agree, for me it's a NWBIG and not a Super Rep, but we'll see what the people think.

Poll : https://forum.replica-watch.info/threads/noob-116600-v2-3135.403348/

And yeah, don't worry, I know about the terminology, I'm just not the one to decide.

Regarding the noob V1 BPFF, it has been changed yes, discussed with some Blancpain experts. Do you think Noob V1 is better than Noob V2 and ZF's ?

I'ts been debated and I think so (its very close) but the ZF is slightly better than the V2. All these BPFF models are very good. I would list Noob V1 and ZF. Some members have wanted requests for the V1's in their sigs and they are very sort after even with the ZF still available. Others believe the only one available and the one they have brought, the ZF is best. All are closer than the Noob SD4K V2 if you see what I mean, it's still NWBIG but not super rep status. Not one Rolex expert on RWI would rate it as so.

This list only lists one model as Super Rep, so if 2 factories produce a Super Rep, the best will be listed.

Regarding BPFF, ZF's been chosen as superior to Noob V2, but I have no idea about V1/V2 differencies.

If you tell me that V1 is better than V2, we must chose between the two.

Noob V2 is still NWBIG tho.

I see where your coming from only wanting to list one definitive model but this makes a lot of work and is then a matter of opinion as they have minor variations. Many of the watches that are listed are no longer available, many have qualifications regarding major QC issues that are not listed. We could talk regarding the Pam's for months... The 127 you list as the latest noob being a super rep but do not mention the crystal distortion problems or the Zfactory model. The way that the factory batch production works and with so many QC rejects around, I'd personally list all super reps as ALE has otherwise you will end up with some models only listing a non available model, when a current production model is still a super rep but 99.9% as good as that listed.
This is your list and I am only making a few suggested amendments, it's your call. I've been around for 5/6 years and read most threads although I rarely post as I have very little spare time and can't touch type. I'm on holiday at the moment and just about to do a comprehensive review of the SD43 with my gen. This list is very useful for new members, and I'm only commenting for the purpose of accuracy, I'm guessing all new members would do further comprehensive research for each model they intend to purchase.

I understand your opinion, I also think that we whould list all models (only not PAM because there are too many and list is well updated).

It was like that before, I'll try doing it differently.

Hey guys, would the
BIG BANG V6.5 FACTORY CERAMIC BEZEL + SS CASE ON BLACK RUBBER STRAP

not sure which one to get, as i want the one closest to gen
