Great thread and super helpful as a Noob. How close are the 15500/15400 Royal oaks to making it on the list (i have read the threads on their flaws)...just curious as to how close they are to being considered first class etc

Any opinions on the V6F Sub? There are still a few floating around with the VS3135 movement, at quite a nice price. I’ll probably get one even just for the movement, but I’m interested to know how solid they are, since info on them is scarce.

Hey I have some questions about the rolexs on this list. (Questions will be in red, original post text copied in green.)


1.Rolex 114300, 39mm, Grape and Grey dial JF (now ARF, service is recommended) -

2.Rolex Sub 16610 TC

3.Rolex TW Best/WM9 (Sub/Bluesy/DD)


1. For the 114300 model watch, is the JF factory now called ARF? Or is the ARF model now superior to the JF factory model?

2. Is the "TC" the name of the factory? if so which TD sells them.

3. What does "TW" mean, also what is "WM9" and "Bluesy/DD"

Hey guys, great list and very helpful - I saw that you listed the ZZF Sub no date v3 as first class - but I also read that the new Clean Factory is actually a major upgrade from the ZZF V3. My question is, do you guy think the CF no date can make the Super Rep list ?
