Super Rep: Even a connoisseur won't notice the difference without a gen to compare, or a magnifying glass.

First Class: A connoisseur will notice the difference but it will take several minutes.

I have the BP version and have always maintained it's NWBIG or at least super rep. Reliable ETA movement, and who actually cares about the grade of steel used? Either way it's a fair bit more affordable than the GMF version and so I would rather see the BP version on the list than GMF.

I second this. If the GMF is going to be a Super rep, so should the BP. It's a great piece and a great value.

BP Air Kings (and pretty much all BP Rolex models) are identical to partner factory GMF except for BP 316F/L vs GMF 904L, and sometimes the movement, BP ETA clone vs GMF Rolex clone.

Same case and bracelet shapes, same dial, same hands, allowing for batch variances and movement requirements. Factor in the the 904L scams, and the like model versions from BP and GMF could be identical in every respect. I never buy a *stated* 904L watch if there is a 316F/L equivalent available. I was a 904L skeptic from day one, viewing it as just a way for factories to price gouge for the same watch.

PT proved this to be true on a massive scale, for those who aren't familiar.

I'd 2nd BP as a super-rep too. If GMF makes the grade? Then surely BP does too as they are the same factory and the differences boil down to 316 v 904 and movement choices.
Both BP and GMF's AirKing are easily NWBIG and good examples of this clean and relatively simple watch are both IMO worthy of Super Rep tag.

I owned BP. TD said BP and GMF are same factory only difference is the steel material. So both deserve super rep status.
