Excellent pics and enjoy it! The number fill certainly looks superior and maybe not engraved as deep?? Looking forward to mine arriving soon now I’ve seen these pics. To think I nearly pulled the trigger on a gen insert at £3k!!

Now the indoor shots, and this is where I could see the difference. The new bezel has the cherry tone in the red, which I love so much, and a bit of pastel but still glossy under lighting like the MK II bezel it's replicating.



I'm very satisfied with the watch, it's a small but subtle change that likely only us rep nerds will notice. I feel more confident wearing this out however, and the color of the bezel no longer bothers me like the V1 did. After all the only thing that matter is how I like the watch right? The bezel action feels better now as well and it clicks more firmly into place than the old version. The 3285 is also a welcome improvement for me since mine was the old VR3186 model. Everything else is the same, except maybe the bracelet tolerances are a little tighter (it was hard getting the screws out). Overall very happy! If you've been holding out for a GMT rep this might be the time to pull the trigger!

Damn I love that.
Waiting for mine to come back to me - getting the Xing insert installed. Will see how I like that in person or if I should swap it out (again)..

As an older RWI man, I have a few questions -

So are CF shipping these now as I've read a few posts saying CF have stopped production for a while and everyone is waiting...

Also, have they actually improved their crystal? A few folks say that have but, and excuse me if I have missed them, none of the more neutral or senior guys have said that.

Bezel improvement - similar question - is it up to the standard of BP / GMF yet or still stuck on with half a can of grease?

The watch I ordered from @CTime arrived today. CF seems to have done a really good job. As someone who has never owned a GMT before, it is really impressive. By the way, I have to give credit to @CTime. From the first communication I made until the watch arrived, we had a very interested and careful process. In addition, the QC and shipping phase was very fast. The watch looks quite satisfying under sunlight. I only have one question, how is the rotation feeling of the bezel on the V2? As I said, I'm curious as I've never experienced GMT before.

I'm no expert, but the crystal looks the same to me. The bezel on the other hand does feel better and clicks more firmly into place instead of being loose and sloppy like the V1. Not sure on the construction since I haven't disassembled the watch, and I haven't experienced BP/GMF bezels to compare.

What do you guys think, surely a V3186 V3 jubilee bracelet should fit the 3285 V2 right?
Im thinking CF hasnt changed anything on the case since then. Could be wrong hence the question

As far as I can tell the cases are identical.

I’m a bit confused because all TD i’m talking to have the Y2L3 serial only. And i don’t understand..
