I think it wears amazingly. No offense but your wrist looks pretty small.

PPF Rep actually wears better, kid you not. The watch needs some thickness to get over that 'penny on a strap' feeling. HKF actually wears even better than the PPF as it's closer to 39mm, but its dial is all wrong.

I finally bit the bullet and found a PPF
Besides the loud rotor I absolutely love this watch.
The case detail adds a lot of character that you don’t see much in photos. Love the syringe hands, threw it on a genteel strap for now. Need to find a nice 21mm one in similar quality.

I know I am late to the party but just discovered this watch - it’s going to be my next rep! Thanks for all the amazing photos and reviews

Looking forward to the factories repping the 6119g and r. Should be pretty easy to get right if you're not fussed about movement accuracy (it's the new Cal. 30-255).

I think the PPF is still looking like king of the hill. Did anyone see any detailed PPF vs Gen comparison? I've searched far and wide, but seems the 5226 isnt too common in the real world anyway!
Problem with the Reps is that the number of side hob is totally out, by like 5~6 rows... I just cant get over that

I believe he means columns
Ah yea interesting. I've spent some time with the Gen, and the hobnail is missing columns because it's larger and deeper than the genuine one. However, in an ULTRA rare situation, I like the rep better. A bit of thickness and depth makes this watch better -- and honestly the gen is too thin. Ha thats a rare moment.

Unfortunately I have the HKF version so an aftermarket strap is a must. Fortunately I found some amazing options:

Leather: https://holbensfinewatchbands.com/p...ther-watch-strap-black?variant=29546836066415
Tan: https://holbensfinewatchbands.com/p...ige-nubuck-watch-strap?variant=34949835292806
Sailcloth: https://holbensfinewatchbands.com/p...ite-stitch-watch-strap?variant=40331910578310

I bought the first two, both look fantastic on this watch. The tan-colored one matches the numerals (and the gen strap) well:

Recommendations for a source for an additional buckle for this watch? Can that be ordered at the time of purchase (for example, from CTime).
I'm looking at 2 straps with quick release, and would like to have both with PP buckles.
Also, any new versions of this watch or new current factory feedback?
