GEN 16610 is 904L but the alloys are realistically pretty identical

In short, ARF might have a higher price on raw materials, a different price strategy, more expensive vendors vs BP how have made watches for years and obtain friend and trust prices from their long term partners.
Also Covid19 disrupted a lot of relationships and supply chains in China.

I would agree with you, but you can also see by eye that it is thicker. Even on the wrist you can see the difference. Need to understand if the caseback can be changed and if it is compatible with the VR3135

So if you had a genuine 16610, and this replica you would notice that the rep was 0.5mm thicker.

It’s a hypothesis that won’t affect many.

BP 16610 LV has for many years now had all maxi hands. The hour hand and second hand need to be swapped out for a set of LN hands.
