BP Re-Releases 5-Digit Submariners with VR3135

Ordered and received a BPF 16610LN recently... and got mismatched lume for the minute and seconds hand (they even glow more bluish in the dark)

Didnt catch it during QC. Seems like only Sillan carries acceptable hands as far as rep hands go?

Huh so I thought what worse could happen and tried a pretty silly trick but it seems to work pretty well.
I used a green highlighter and poked it on a drop of water to dilute the colour, then applied it on the minute hand, let dry, and repeat once more. Didnt even remove the hand.
The results are better than expected, although the white/blue hue does still come through under strong outdoor lighting. I suspect it has to do with the lume being charged and glowing differently, but indoors and most other times Im happy!

You don’t need to. They all come with single side AR Now. They are very nice crystals That BP is using.

Thanks for the info, where would I go about finding ST hands if you dont mind me asking? Im not affected by the tarrifs but being in Australia, shipping for some sellers adds to the costAwesome trick! I've used ST hands before and those are in my opinion some of the best sub hands available but Silian is also great if you aren't affected by the tariffs
Sillan's are pretty expensive too in relation to the cost of the watch since a min qty of 2 is required...A brush would work fine I think as long as it carries enough liquid to fill up the whole lume area, but since I didnt have one on hand i just used rodico to catch and apply the droplets on the hands. Basically filled the lume gap with liquid and let dry.
I figure this might be a cheap semi-fix for some of the LV guys!

That's pretty long. But BP is kinda known to be like this sometimes......
Just ask him every week or two for the status update... you'll be fine.... dealers don't purposely withhold QC they want the sale to be over with

They are ok for the price.
The bezel construction and bracelet are the biggest flaws.
Highly doubtful they will improve the bezel since it’s been the same for a LONG time
I have been waiting for 14 days before I asked my TD for an update. After that it took 3 more days for the first QC pictures to arrive. So patience is key.
I waited a month for my QC. Popup non-TD mentioned that bpf is slow in releasing stock sometimes.
