Did the polished caseback fit your 16710?
I have this one on one of mine
I cannot tell you the source, other than the 5513 stamp
Did the polished caseback fit your 16710?

The BP at 13.4mm is considered fat.
Nothing wrong with a polished caseback other than it being technically wrong for model. I have one BP 16710 with a polished caseback.
This caseback from RT is more appropriate if you wanted to try a different one.

The real test is how it feels on your wrist
The rafflestime case didn't fit my 16710. Was too small, and wouldn't screw in. Dont have the exact measurements though but iirc around 0.4-0.5mm off at the threads.
Mine has 16710 on the lugs, two dot crown and the 'newer' shaped crown guard
I've just received one of the newer case shape 16710s from Sead. Has anyone found a caseback that fits and is easy to source? I understand the raffles at 30.3mm won't fit these recent examples.
I tried a gen 2180 caseback and it fit perfectly, taking the height down to ~12.4mm.
I'm tempted to try a DH shitter YM or YM case set from Ali, but not sure if any of these use gen-spec thread sizing. Or has anyone tried an Alpha GMT caseback? I can't figure out which BP version it would fit or if it is even thinner than stock BP.
Fingers crossed yours works though, and if it does I'll get one too.
On the Vietnam case.
What do you do for a Bracelet? It seems the Lug holes are 2mm and the BP bracelet is 1.8mm, What kind of solutions have you seen that work?
So I got this from Adrian 3 weeks ago after over a year in production, Mind you it started out as a BP cased build and transition to a viet case build. Almost everything you see is genuine sans the case.... The dial however is a refinish with dommed lume in the round indices .. This is my fault, I bought the dial in a hurry and shipped to Adrian.. Now I really need a better dial.
