VSF has better movement ( two winding diractions) and crystal . ZF has better shape of crown guards and pure white luma . I think ZF is better choice now .Who makes the better black version? VSF or ZF?
I have an omega seamaster 300 in black VSF since a couple of weeks and I love it. The watch is also accurate and reliable. He will be my first omega rep. do you think i should get vsf or zf? zf is cheaper and better dial. In vsf, the mechanism is quieter and more disciplined.
Nice
It feels very solid and I haven't noticed any misalignments. I did red light two units before accepting this one though, so I guess you have to be lucky and have a patient TDNice
How are you finding the quality of the ZF. Just curious as most of the ZF units I’ve seen seem to suffer from mis aligned 6 o’clock lume marker and some with mis aligned 12 o’clock lume markers.
Almost all I've seen had more or less tilted markers. This is actually a really nice one. Just go for it!Received QC pics for a Green Seamaster from ZF today.
Looking at the 12 o'clock markers, the left marker is slightly higher and titled to the left.
May I have advice on whether:
a) this is in line with expectations for this model and should be approved
b) I should reject and try again
Apologies if this is an incorrect way to ask for advice, or should be in its own thread.
This is my first rep and I've tried to understand the forum rules as best I can.
Thanks for your help.

This looks perfect (based for ZF actually). Give it green light.Received QC pics for a Green Seamaster from ZF today.
