Fellas, how's the AR on ZF's Seamaster 300 Professional?

I tried the VSF route, despite the CGs, but got two botched examples in a row and I don't belive in the hype around VSF anymore. Their QC seems to be nonexistent.

I've seen so many messed up 12 o'clock indices on the VSF. Supports the fact QC does not exist.

Oh, that's nothing in comparison to what I was presented with during QC with my TD. Fortunately, I've chosen wisely and my TD discarded both watches without me even RLing those. I'm talking about grease-like stains on a dial and scuffed lume to the point it came over metal border of hour markers. Messed up indecies are, unfortunately, a part of a game. I saw crooked ones on gen PPs and many here swear gen Omegas suffer from it too.

Don't get me wrong, I'd GL a watch with a slightly crooked 6 o'clock indice, but 12 o'clock is just the first place your eye goes, it being right above the logo and all.

Exactly. I feel you. It's a very important bit in every watch. That's where we look at. Imagine my bewilderment when I saw oily stains around Omega's logo under said marker.

AR coating is decent on ZFs but not as good as VSF. Despite all its shortcomings I cannot fault VSF crystal, it's almost as good as Gen.

Received QC Pics for ZF Seamaster today.
From the Pictures I see nothing wrong. Only maybe the 12 o‘clock triangle looks a little off, but that’s probably cause the watch is slightly tilted in the picture

Now i wait for it to get shipped…

ZF Seamaster 300 AR is like butter. I had a few and all scratch very easy. You’ll see it at least under direct lighting.

If you’re picky with scratches on your AR on your xtal don’t go ZF.

That is one of the disadvantages of ZF why I still prefer VSF Seamaster. Overall better quality.

Nice! I'm torn between the blue and black but loving how the blue hits in different light conditions.
A wrist role would be awesome

When you wear the watch, the rotor is not really noticeable. Only when you shake the watch. In any case it does not really disturb me.
