I have 2 links coming from PT (still waiting on QC, so will be a while), and will be putting them up for sale for what they cost , as the watch I listed is likely sold.

Both watches should fit you just fine. If you opt for the 15450, I think it would be wise to order an extra link.

All the best.
Thank you for your help.

Looks like either options don't have black dial.. is there any 37-39mm AP with black dial? I tried looking at 15202, 15450, 15550 etc and couldn't find any with black dial

Look in the TrustyTime website. They offer a 15450 with a black dial from the B7F factory and a 15202 black dial with diamond markers from the BF factory. I cannot attest to the quality of the factories. Best of luck.

The stock ZF 15450 grey dial is quite dark if you want to consider it.

I got the gray dial to add to my blue dial. Very nice!

Has ZF been updated? Looking for a blue dial, but not sure if I should go ZF or APSF

It comes down to preference. I have a 6.5" wrist and wear anything from 35 up to 44. My sweet spot is 38. I have four 15450s and think they're a great size for me. The bracelet is a bit dainty for some people but I like it. The 15202 sits nice a flat but is a bit broad lug to lug and the bracelet is wider but still nice. Although I like the 15510, it doesn't wear well on my wrist IMO.

Is it possible that the 15500/10 wears smaller than 15400? If the 15510 wears bigger or as big as a 15400 I would just pass and try the 15450 again.

Looking at comparison photos, the lugs seem shorter on the 15500 and the main issue I had with the 15400 was the lugs were hanging a bit over my wrist a bit. I have a tiny wrist, so every mm counts

the LTL of the 15500 is 50.5mm and the LTL of the 15400 is 51.5mm, both rep and gen.
