Looks like a misplaced minute hand, combined with a sunken CP.
I think the hand simply needs pushing down.

I think that 005 cp it’s the same in all watches. In my CQ pics there are the same problem and I saw other videos of 005 XF and looks like with the same CP. it’s true that noob released a new Pam 005? Who called to Noob factory to check? ????????
