Let me take a moment to address some of the comments made here directly.
Firstly, most orders have now been fulfilled, and there are only few builds left to complete. I understand that for those waiting, delays are frustrating, and I sincerely apologize for the time it has taken.
Regarding pre-paid work, I want to clarify that the accusation that funds from pre-payments have been used for unrelated expenses is not only false but also deeply upsetting. While I appreciate the business advice some have offered on managing workflow, the suggestion that I am running a 'Ponzi scheme' is not only untrue but incredibly disheartening to hear.
For transparency, I have every watch part and every watch securely stored and allocated to the respective projects. I document this through pictures and videos. The reason for requiring pre-payment on certain items, like dials, is because, in the past, people have placed orders and backed out, leaving me out of pocket for time and materials.
I recognize and understand the frustration with delays. I’m not the first business owner to face scaling or workflow challenges, but I want to be clear: the suggestion of criminal intent is baseless and unfair. I’ve openly acknowledged these challenges and am taking active steps to address them.
That said, it’s important to set realistic expectations. Some people seem to expect perfection, delivered quickly and at a low cost. These are contradictory demands, and it’s impossible to meet them all. If my work, prices, or timelines don’t align with what you’re looking for, I encourage you to explore other talented modders and watchsmiths within this incredible community.
As others have pointed out, if anyone believes they’ve been defrauded or had items stolen, I invite them to come forward. My backlog is long, and I’ve been transparent about that. But amid this ongoing debate about my integrity, I’ve received 12 new requests, which suggests there’s still confidence in my work despite the criticism here.
Moving forward, I plan to reject all new work requests as I reassess my processes and focus on fulfilling the remaining overdue orders. This has been a priority I’ve acknowledged both privately and publicly, and I remain committed to seeing it through.
Thank you for your patience and for allowing me the opportunity to address these concerns.
