Sometimes just lubing both parts fixes the issue, sometimes it doesn't. I've had to scavenge the parts off another movement. Any other factory 3135 base parts can work, including 3185/6. Lots of dead SH3186s around, haha.

Thanks KJ2020
You mean lubbing the yoke and the core?
Cheers

How's the bezel action of the VSF 114060 be? Mine is pretty easy to turn. Is this normal or should it be needed a slight force to be applied to get it turning?

Yes bro both parts need to work properly for the sliding gear to engage and disengage the ratchet wheel. So lubing like the service manual says is necessary. But even then I think the VSF intermediate crown wheel core is tad too small so the hole in the yoke fits too loosely and it isn't sliding back and forth like it should. Every time I've replaced all three parts with other rep parts, it's worked afterward without issue.

Love the VSF .. so far so good
Absolutely stunning  What do you think of the bezel insert? I read that some people prefer to change it with the CF one, but I don't think is necessary. Seems pretty good from your photo

personally I think it is good ootb .. the bezel insert looks great on mine. I don't think changing to a CF insert will make it more gen like. The only gen like insert is from R factory :p

Sorry if I wasn’t exactly clear on my previous post but if you guys look at the hour markers, they have a pink hue to them. I thought it was my eyes but I asked my wife and a friend and they both said it does indeed look different. Hope this picture help you guys help me understand it better. Thanks.

Very late to this thread. Am considering purchasing a VSF 114060 so started reading through. Just wanted to say I’ve seen this same ‘pinkish lume’ phenomenon on a BP explorer. It’s not the lume, it’s the poor quality crystal that has a pinkish tint. I replaced the crystal and the problem was solved. I suspect it’s the same with your watch. If you have the ability to uncase the movement and look at the dial directly, I bet the lume is fine.

could be the AR coating playing tricks on the eye. Fortunately mine is good

Hi, I don't understand why my new VSF has twelve marker smaller then yours.
Am I missing something?
Bought from Theonewatch

liaise with your TD and see what can be done. Didn't you check your QC photos before delivery?
