Anyone have any suggestions on methods to age the leather strap to look more like the distressed gen strap? I know I can look to replace, just wondering if there are techniques to get the supplied one looking closer to gen.

I have aged a leather strap with bleach.

I put a bit of bleach in water, and then the leather strap for 2-3 min.

It works for me, I didnt expect a specific resoult.

I am expecting it in the mail is approximately one week. Meanwhile I am looking for a strap that can fit both at the lugs and the buckle.

The straps measure 23mm at the lugs.
It seems to be 23mm at the buckle too?

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi guys,
I just received my KW BB Bronzo from Toro a couple of minutes ago and I have 1 quick question :

From what I've read about this movement and rep, in order to set the time you unscrew the crown a bit and set it into position, but when I did this the crown top came off. I was able to set the time by rotating the steel pin that remains exposed. I plan to solve this problem with a local repair shop, but can you guys help with a little more information on how it's supposed to be secured? When I talk to the repair shop guy I want to make sure I know enough about the subject to understand if he has enough knowledge to repair it.

Thanks!

EDITed - Found the NATO at the bottom of the box :D

Hi guys,
I just received my KW BB Bronzo from Toro a couple of minutes ago and I have 2 quick questions :

1 - The watch came without the NATO strap, while at the time I ordered the promotion on his website was 348USD with a NATO. The NATO was never mentioned in the e-mails we exchanged, I'm wondering if it's ok for me to approach the TD in regards to that.

Hi,

To fix the crown problem the watch caseback must be opened. Be shure the crown is in time set position. Now remain the crownstem by pushing a thin screwdriver into the red marked hole. Now pull the stem outside from movement. Now you can fix the crown on the stem .
Hope this helps [emoji2]

Hey man, thanks for replying

I would gladly solve this myself if it wasn't for the fact that the crown top doesn't seem to have a thread (was it glued in place?), hence why I'm trying to gather more info on this. I see the stem with a retention washer and the little spring inside... no thread on the top of it too.

Get Toro to send you the NATO strap that you are entitled for, and show him the picture asking him if he can send over a replacement crown with stem. Be ready to pay some shipping fee...

Edited my original post to state that I am in fact blind as a bat, as the NATO was @ the bottom of the box.

Thanks for your answer man, I'll get in touch with Toro :)
