He told me the same as I ordered on 12th July and still waiting for qc

He emailed me back. ZF are in but he is still waiting for a new batch of V6F. I asked him when does he expect them in...I'll see what he says

My KW/V6f is 23/23. 23mm at the lugs and 23mm at the buckle, there is no taper.

I'll redo these later with a caliper, but I think you can get the idea.

Mine is definitely not brushed.

Can you help to post a picture of yours with the brushed finishing?

Thank you.

Cheers

Wow. The picture clearly shows the case has a brushed finish, the sides of the case show brush marks lengthwise and the top of the case show a radial brushing. Polished finishes reflect light at 100%, brushed finishes are satin and reflect light at appx 60%, DLC finishes are typically matte and reflect little or no light.

If you are still worried go back to page one and see the cpomparison pictures posted by the OP, there are photos of the KW, ZF and Gen posted side by side, make your choice and enjoy. But beware a bronze finish is not static, it is dynamic and will change based on age and the wearer, that makes each watch unique to the individual regardless the maker.

For even more fun see the pictorial at ABTW, notice the DLC caseback is a green/gold a color which Tudor expects the case to eventually exhibit. Link here: http://www.ablogtowatch.com/tudor-heritage-black-bay-bronze-79250bm-wrist-watch/

I've used my ZF for a few days now in hot sunny weather and my skin turned green quite quickly in the crown area and the edges of the buckle. I think it will look great in a few weeks but it's a bit annoying to scrub the wrist with soap twice a day.

A watch takes care for your personal hygiene. ;)

I wonder, if the gen crown/buckle are causing the same green spots...

Its the material -- most if not all bronze alloys will cause a skin reaction. That's the reason why titanium is used as a caseback, buckle and usually crowns as its hypoallergenic.

Yeah my Bronze Zenith colours my wrists all the time.

And the contact also rubs off patina from the crown so the bottom part of it is shiny AF but turning slightly green inside the crown grooves while the rest of my watch has a dark patina
