You can get a dial from raffles IF you don’t want to spend the $$ on Gen. @beanvatan is correct that nothing beats Gen. if you go with a raffles dial, you would have to clip off the dial feet and use dial dots to secure the movement to the 3135. I’ve done it in the past and it works fine. But again it just depends on what you’re after. You have to make sure that you get a raffles dial with the date window for a 3135. If not, it will not line up properly and will look very odd. Good luck with your build.
Thanks you to @beanvatan and you.
i order 2 sets of dial For 2 watchs https://rafflesdials.com/16200-28mm...3-or-miyota-8215-automatic-movement-with-dwo/
I have a doubt, because on the case order it is marked 2824. https://rafflesdials.com/rolex-sign...824-or-nh35-movement-and-dial-in-28-0-29-0mm/
he told me i can put first 2836 and can upgrade next to 3135. Do you think it ok?
Thanks you.

Thats basically what I made Previous post. Top right rhodium raffles dial on 2836 case using dg2813 movement. No dwo needed. But if you want to go 3135 you will need the 2824 case apparently and to my understanding, a new crystal that aligns with the 3135 movement/stock dial.

I'm trying to play around with an acrylic crystal, nh35 build using the same dial on a 2824 as well, just waiting on the crystal and movement.

Hi everyone, I built a datejust 16234 with a raffle 2824 case and changed the crown for a better one. however the « recess » for the crown is clearly visible now. Do you know if it is possible to reduce or remove this? Thanks in advance !

The 16234 has no recess for the crown. Especially not as big as on your raffle case. Here a picture from a gen 16234.

You can remove the entire recess by machining the side with a file. So file off the metal that is too much evenly and then polish it with sandpaper in various steps from 280 to 5000. I've already done this a few times. It takes a bit of courage and dexterity.

Here a image how it lookes after all.

Does anyone know for sure which gen crowns will fit the Raffles case? Is there a difference between 600, 603, and 604 crowns? I’m not really worried about what is “correct”, just that it’s genuine and fits.

604 fit mine without changing the tube. The 600 comes with a different tube that will not screw directly into the case. You have to re-tap the case for the 600.
603 will fit, but I found that you need to change the tube in order for it it sit flush with case.
Others may want to chime in. This is my experience.

So I’m ordering from raffles for the first time and he asked if I want the old 36mm datejust case that fits 3135… any one familiar with the old cases do they need a lot of reshaping?

I'm assuming he meant by the 2824-2 case. Because that's the only case that can house the 3135 movement correctly. The 2836-2 cases are suitable but have different stem positions. The 2836 movements are slightly thicker than the 2824- therefore the stem position is different.

Sorry for posting it twice! but my fat old shaky finger clicked the posted button before I finished my story. For the old cases with Raffles, it's very much better than how it used to be before. You do need to widen the inner diameter to 27.5mm for the gen dial to fit in correctly. The exterior is good enough, you can touch it up if you want but I think it's good enough.

Sorry to ask maybe a very dumb question in this thread, but does anyone have a good seller for a 3135 on AliExpress? I've seen some on there, but I'm unsure of the quality/reliability (mind you it's my first Franken build and I'm on the cheaper side). Thanks! :)
