The various forums say that AP Royal Oaks are scratch magnets.

I want to buy a Diver but I have to admit I tend to scratch stainless steel watches pretty badly.
I also don't like it when I scratch up bezels.

I looking at the 15707 full ceramic, but its not available right now.
I am guessing the most of the scratches occur on the bezel?
What do you guys think of the stainless ceramic bezel replica?

I have an AP diver ZF and I want to change the glass, what do you think is better, put a 1AR with a cyclops or a 2AR?
Mr. Legend, I learn a lot with you, what do you think is better? I already read you saying that the gen does not have 2AR.

Frankly, I think that the ZF diver crystal and cyclop are both perfect for what they are and that no mods are needed. That is just my opinion though.

My choice of ZF diver was thanks to you and I will continue like this as a good student

We are all learning here Marbe78
We each see what we see and decide what works for us and what does not. Despite being a modder here, I have not actively pushed for mods to be done. I share what I see and that was all.
For the ZF diver, there is really no need to modify it, unless you want to put a 2836 lowbeat movement into it. The watch itself is visually one of the best APs reps out of the box, much like the ZF 15500.

Any news on ZF making the new 15720 model?

I'm particularly interested in the ceramic bezel version

And here is the first video I've found on this beauty:

Just need to wait, it will happen eventually.

So I now have a ZF 15703 (current) and JF 15703 V6 (old). The JF wears definitely smaller due to lug to lug width and steeper lug shape. So they have different case shapes.

Does anyone know how ZF and JF V10 compare with the lug shape?

So I have a JF 15703 I want to swap it over to a 2836 movement and do the low beat conversion. now question is I know the 2824 and 2836 have different stem heights will I be able to easily swap the 2836 to the JF case which has the 2824 stock? What modifications will need to be done in order to account for the height difference?
