You could just check google? Or any of the watch buying websites... Chrono24 for example where you can already see... real world examples for sale. Such as the new 41mm Kermit yours for a bargain price of $33k.

Ie... they're out there now in the real world. No waiting necessary if you have the dollar and think a steel Rolex is worth $30k lol.

Does China simply use its large Rolex allocation to inflate gen market demand through quick sales into the grey market, this in turn protects their huge rep market by creating a chasm between a decent £500+ rep vs a price inflated £20k+ gen?

This becomes an easy value for money / speed of delivery decision for the majority of us impatient and not rich consumers!

I guess Rolex aren’t bothered, because it increases mystique/hype/ demand from ADs and ADs in turn hit sales targets

A rumour says one maker (not from the list) is going to release the 126610 in 1.5 months! Really? How is that possible?

Many Dealers have shipped the watches to the bidder (grey market middle east) from Day 1. No wonder factories started development.

But 1.5 month? That is non sense even with 3D scanning it will lack of details and finish.

How long they are gonna source bezels, movements, cases and othet parts from different suppliers.

I doubt it. Unless it is a cheap dhgate item.

I 100% agree the spike of the gen prices is because of the rich Chinese buying all the gens

Yeah most of the parts have to be done from scratch, 1.5 month is not even feasible to make a prototype for approval. Before 2021 CNY is the fastest senario in my opinion, if they cant make it before the CNY and it will be 2 months after the CNY.

Definitely not Noob, all the 4 makers I mentioned will take time to make the 41SUB as good as possible. And I don't personally know ZZF so I dont even know if he has gotten the gen yet (probably yes).

Nevertheless, a certain time must be taken in order to make a good one, unless someone from 2021 use the tenet turnstile to pass them the stocks

They still sell like hot cakes without updating the DWs. But now many makers join the competition and if they want to win, they have to change, that was why I called him and proposed, they said they will consider it and discuss it in their next meeting.

They didnt say they want to wotk with us but I told them if they want to win this battle, they have to work with us, don't you agree?

You're right Angus. The real situation now is that if they want to stay on the market they have to change. Now that new factories are on the market their products are simply subpar in terms of replication level and I am not talking only about the sub. They have all the capabilities to produce nice watches but now they should really step up their game because until now they didn't do that. The time of bold DWs, fading inserts, fat cases, wrong indices, bad sh movements must end. If they make the effort to step up their game they will earn a lot. If not, VSF, ZF and ZZF will take the cake and nothing will be left for them.

This is always such a tell (At least to me), no matter how good the details of the watch are, unless you get your hands on a gen crystal or get it modded by someone like Prof, it just doesnt pop the right way. If we are passing along info, please please please let them know that we are all dying for a new crystal.

Yes and they also had a bunch of the gen 116610 as well but they still got it wrong. So I need to tell them how exactly they have to make the crystal like.

And the gen 41sub doesnt have AR on the cylcops anymore.

AR, Noob, ZF and VS all confirmed possession of the gen 126610LV.

I believe there will be at least 10 factories making the new 2020 sub.

We shall see the first 1:1 126610 rep by 2021 CNY if we are lucky.


EDIT: AR Development Team will be disscussing the feasibility of having RWI and PureTime in assisting them in the 41SUB production, please give this post a thumbs up and I will show them how demanding this is so they can approve this.
