Not exactly hide it, but play the guessing game, which do you think which factory, just an idea.
Example with a rep 6 digit crystal (this is supposed to be the best rep crystal available from the factories regarding black hole) ARF 116710:
When seen straight on, you can't see the halo effect, it's not noticeable, while in the gen there is a very crisp white border, in the rep there is only a very thin white line, but no distinct separation between crystal and cyclops
As soon as you tilt it the AR is almost non existent, you see many reflections, even if it should be crisp and deep black, you shouldn't see those weird lights in it:

I know what a black hole effect is my friend, I need to know the condition which I can recreate this effect, your pics only showing how the black hold effect looks like. I need to know the lighting environment like where the light source is, and which direction the watch should face and the camera dorection.

No problem, you don't really need that amount of information, and by the way, i did tell you how to do it in a previous post, with a lot of pictures and explanations.
It's very easy to recreate and you really don't need to know the perfect camera angle or whatever, it's literally an effect that happens constantly while wearing the watch and moving your wrist, it's not something rare or special, it's always there

I think it s better to show the names like that the thread stay focus on the watches quality and not debating on witch factory is b and witch is c, and it s more noob friendly.

I did try many times without success so I think this only occurs in some specific lighting conditions, I think it will be very hard to tell if the watch us on someone else wrist.
Anyways I will try again when I have the watches.

They will have an improved crystal and cyclops, but since I have not seen it and I cannot tell how much better it is.

Cyclops clarity and DW are much more important than the black hole effect because it only occurs at a certain angle and lighting condition.

Sure, but DW is almost a given now (except ARF's DW since it's badly printed and a couple of other minor examples).
I agree with you about clarity, i'm pretty sure that all of this goes together.
But saying that the black hole "only" occurs at a certain angle and lightning condition is just minimizing and belittling the problem, you just have to be indoors for it to occur.
Basically it doesn't occur only when you are under direct artificial led lightning or when you are out in the sun, it occurs almost any other time.
Hopefully we can have superior crystals for these new releases, since they got hyped this much and we apparently "don't need to hope anymore" for a good crystal.
