Is the XF 15202 no longer available? And if it is not, how reliable are the 15202s from ZF mechanically?
Right, the XF 15202 is no longer available. The XF and ZF 15202 models use the same Miyota 9015 movement, so reliability is the same for both.Is the XF 15202 no longer available? And if it is not, how reliable are the 15202s from ZF mechanically?
The 3120 clone movement is fairly reliable, but I will recommend a movement service, so that the movement parts are cleaned, greased and aligned, and timekeeping regulated. Are the clone movements in the 15450 reliable?
There are variations in the gen brushings between models and batches. Also when you send your Royal oak in for service, the brushings can sometimes be redone in a very pronounced manner by AP. Bottomline is that there are variations. Don’t worry too much. Maybe you can show a pic first.Hi guys,
Just a quick one:
As anyone re brushed the bracelet ? If so, which grain did you use pls?
My bracelet feels and looks way too brushed.
Thank you in advance

Your brushing looks mostly fine don’t worry. It definitely isn’t “overbrushed” but rather the brushing in some areas like the top of the bezel seems a little uneven but not obviously so. The watch and finish looks fine don’t worry. These watches are all hand finished and even in the gen the brushing can sometimes suffer from the same issues.Hmmm thank you for that. I do understand what you mean. Although I'm not sure about this model specifically.
Here are some pics. Tried my best to get the right angle to see the brushing.
Any clarification would be much appreciated <3

Looks as good as it can be from what I can see other than the dial alignment you mentioned. Either have it rotated slightly ccw or if that’s not the issue, the markers realigned. Overall not a biggie if you ask me.Can I get an expert opinion?
Would you get a better result using a real life photo of a gen?@legend
Hi Dear legend.
I got my modded 16202.
1. Something seems to be wrong with dial alingment or index alignment. I not sure what should be fixed.
Someone is selling some now in partsLooking to replace the screws on the front bezel of a AP 15500 Royal Oak with some Gen White Gold screws. Didn’t have too much luck finding them online. Can anyone provide a web link where it can be purchased?
The quickest fix to your problem is to stop drawing grid lines on pictures and enjoy the watch as it is. Your watch looks fine actually. You can actually draw red grid lines to measure the green grid lines against and see that the green ones are off.@legend

2. Is Polishing enough? I am thinking about getting polished to get more hairline

Thanks you very much

I also see no issue with your watch surfaces, they are well finished. In short please don’t worry and enjoy your watch.
