Does anyone know if it is possible to buy replacement hands for a ZF 15202 anywhere? I bought one m2m but the minute hand is damaged and needs replacing and I can't see any similar miyota hands anywhere (aliexpress/dhgate/ebay etc). Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check with your TD or any TD, they usually can source parts. Trusty has a parts department, check out their website and get information on how to order. Best of luck.

Thanks my usual TDs don't typically sell parts separately but may try Trusty if no luck finding elsewhere. I had also heard there were raids this month impacting Z factory

If your purpose is improving your 15202 then you could consider procuring and installing custom hands. I haven't got that mod done on my watch but I've heard a good modder is able to do it and the result is impressive.

Check out Midas straps, they’re pretty affordable considering the quality, at £100 each, or you could try ordering some cheap ones off aliexpress

Is the genuine dial for 15400 worth the extra cost? Or can someone recommend a "custom" dial source, that are atleast better than the ones used in mass produced replicas?

Hello everyone!

Disclaimer: This will be my first ever rep.

I have chosen the 15400 as 15500 is prob. too big for my wrist size (16.5cm)

After reading 25 pages I have learnt that ZF is probably the best for the 15400 and Legend is the goat for AP's. :)

I have also understood that I need to change the dial and maybe some other things too?

What do I have to mod / change in order for it to be "pretty" accurate and very hard to spot that it is a rep.

Any assistance would be highly appreciated!

Thank you everyone for the reply!

I was in the AP House today and tried the 15510ST on and I fell in LOVE!

Actually I was worried that that the 41mm would be too big for my small wrists but it was perfect!

Does anyone know how the size of the 15510ST compares to the 15500 / 15400?

They're all 41mm. The differences are in the dial; the 15510 is the brand name Audemars Piguet, the 15500 is both the name and the AP logo and the 15400 is the word, logo and the inclusion of the word Automatic.

In addition to what @Martycus stated, there is a difference in thickness. Please refer to the TDs description on the thickness of each model.
