Yes the plan is to have the watch looking as new, not my preferred look but being new to the hobby I don’t feel I have the skill set to age everything consistently.

I recently acquired a milk 5513 case which is very worn looking so once this one is done I’ll move onto that and try to age the components to match.

Got them today, here some pics, I have to do some check to see if all configuration will work properly, I have little time to do some later today

Hey, thanks for your attention , that was very long to have them so a little bit of frustration to can't find time before...

I did some chek for the thin base and this is in spec with my drawing, i have to balance the tolerances in an other way, i give a height value from 1.8mm to 2mm, but it will be better to do 2mm to 2.2mm

I think i was really focused on the raffle one is too thick and go for 2mm nominal minus the manufacturing variation, it will be better in the positive way for this little issue

They are all arround 1.9mm, on the 3d it less visible as i always work with a big part on my screen

I was at the post office this morning, and find that we can have a shipping rate of 9e for international and eu, eu will be tracked for this price, international no, only prior, I have some bull letter that in spec for standard letter.

I did some check this morning

Acrylic case :

I can confirm that the t21 from sternkreuz and an acrylic middle case will work, no problem here

For the t21 from Clark or other, if the fitment is not tight between the crystal and the middle case without the bezel, the bezel will not compensate the fitment trouble, it's different on each case I have (3 acrylic case) 2 pass and 1 have the bezel loose, all bezel I have are less Than 30.6mm diameter... I cannot guarantee that it will work as the acrylic middle case seem to have variation on this particular diameter

The t22 I have (Clark) and the bezel work on each acrylic case, the crystal is less loose than the t21

For this trouble, I can supply few t22 domed look like lobtime one, i ve reserved the stock at my local shop, it remain him 8 pieces, tell me if you want one, but it need a little adjustment as the crystal I more 30.65mm

Here this crystal mount on an acrylic case




Saphire middle case:

T21 all type, no problem

T22 no problem

T22 domed little rework on the inner diameter of the bezel, it s too tight

So in few words, the acrylic middle case is not constant on the fitment crystal diameter, I have all my bezel less than 30.6mm, with the sternkreuz crystal, no problem, but other brand need a check, if the crystal is loose on your case before assembly, its possible that it will not work properly. The inner diameter on the bezel I have for t21 Is constant at 30.58mm.

T22 seem smaller on the fitment diameter and compensate the smaller diameter on the acrylic middle case.

Check on your side I will send you pm to answer you to confirm, send me your adress and I can prepare some packet this week end.

For the t22 domed, 1 per person, as no stock at the shop, and the guy is not clear on the restock possibility...

A little update, every bezels are on the way, finally for 9e I can give tracking to eu and non eu, will send you a pm with the number later today.

The case arrived from aliexpress, reasonably finished overall...though the top of the lugs are ground with an angle.

The Raffles case is .2 mm thicker but that is within norm, 11.96 for Raffles vs 11.79 for aliexpress. The dial seat came in at 29.35 mm on aliexpress.
The case back has a little more thread and is a tad smoother to screw down, it is also finished nicer inside the back.

Side by side has Raffles on left.

Update on case.

Unless the new Raffles case has a larger pendant tube to case thread (2.91 mm on case tube), this is not a Raffles case.

Probably ideal for those that want a case to take the older 3.0mm x .35mm for 6.0mm crown.



Not something that currently interests me.




Included are measurements of the installed sapphire crystal, I popped it out.
