So, always waiting for my custom bezel, but did some adjustment today and found in my lot of crystal a very special one. I think it look very similar to the lobtime, very smooth transition from bord to center compare to the t21 that have a very abrupt side, very happy to find this one

Wow actually both of them look really nice. Is that still the JMB Bezel you use? Would you be willing to privide the measurements of the custom bezel you ordered? Im kind of developing a costom bezel myself atm but have to find a firm who is willing to make them (if i cant manage myself). So far uni-workshop gave me a big nono because it is niot for work :/

I am in the same position, try to find someone else to do some little batch but Its not so easy, for the bezel it s always the one from my cartel one, it was a 1019 in 36mm, the case is a dj case and the bezel look way more correct than the raffle one....
For the design, I wait to receive mine to see if I am correct but go for 2mm thick and 35° angle, it s Wath I draw.

So we are pretty much in the same dimensions i also drew to 35° but on a t21 im at about 1,8mm hight for the bezel to keep "general" dimensions. It more and more seems every "really good" 1016 rep wil be a custom job unfortunately. which makes me thik about the sense to build a "standard rep" bezel... in my case it should be a fit for a sternkreut t21 to fit on a raffles plexy case...

On Wath I measured, 2mm should be correct, but you can be right at 1.8mm. The raffle bezel is arround 2.5mm and 45 and it look thick compare to the real thing, on my cartel rep bezel, 2mm look correct.... I really enjoy to discover day by day some little details about this watch,

The 35 degree sounds accurate I took a quick measurement of my JMB bezel and it is 1.8 +/-

The T21 is just perfect - sorry if this is a repeat question, but was the Sternkreutz T21 a direct swap for the Raffles acrylic crytal, with no adaptation to the bezel needed?

Mochacha dial - raffles parts and my cartel vintage folded oyster.
The mochacha gloss dial is really quite nice...not negative relief but very nice non the less for the price
Richie (Mochacha ) would sell way more dials if he ups his photography game a bit

For the T21, it fit well on the middle case and an adjustment is needed as the raffle bezel is around 30.3 and the t21 crystal is 30.6mm, some dremel work in the bezel, carefully remove some material inside to enlarge to 30.6mm equally, i was not really confident to do it, but as i ve some custom ones pending, i tried and it s not too tricky.
In those picture, i mount the T21 with a different bezel than the raffle kit, it do the difference for me....

I fitted a T21 to the sapphire Raffles case, which suggests that both the sapphire and acrylic version cases have the same crystal/bezel dimensions.
At this stage, we have relatively easy access to good crystals, dials and hands, and cases/crowns which can be tweaked relatively easily - leaving the bezels as a last bastion… with the dimensions above, it should be relatively easy to manufacture a batch - I would definitely be interested in supporting a production run if anyone has access to a workshop
