I've been toying with the Oysterquartz idea myself for a while. Been keeping an eye out for usable non branded cases on Ali but most of them are 40mm-41mm. Your best bet is probably a rep PRX and go from there.

You can get cheap 37mm PRX homage with Seiko quartz movement for around $50

The case is from raffels, crown and tube are gen. Dial is a type 4 gilt dial from Manodeoro.
Relumed by me. Movement is a SW200.
Only the bezel is not as accurate as I like it to be.

Honestly, the balance wheel looks dodgy to me, but seller posted the movement on request and in good light.

It looks clean and he claims it works.
For less that 100€, I took the chance

Need to add one back into the collection
Went a bit light on the dial aging but overall it presents well These are well made dials. The paint has a slight Pearl effect that gives it depth.

Also pictured. Raffles new milsub case back. The same as rafflestime at a better price.

No , I just ordereed it to compare it to the Rafflestime version that is always out of stock. I wanted to have a spare just in case I get the urge to build another milsub

I ask as I would bet that the 30.4 mm case back thread would fit the alix case I lapped...would be an easy 6610 case back with minimal work.

Here's an unmarked caseback from Rafflestime that might work for your 6610. It's 30.5 mm
