Agree. Probably not oem, or was damaged and/or refinished.
That being said, I have seen oem dials in similar condition.
Can't be sure because...it's on the internet.

A...Not usually. But I do have three (3) nos genuine 1016 dials, the oldest being 25 or 30 years old.

Fyi:
The two tritium dials do not have any numbers stamped on the back side, but they do have cutout circles like the one on eBay.
The newest tritium dial is from a USA Rolex AD in April 1996, the older one from the same AD was quite a bit earlier, probably 1980s (can't find the receipt).
The 'tritilume' dial (Luminova but marked SWISS - T < 25) has ROLEX stamped on the back along with 1-0086 and the cutout circle. It was made by Rolex after they bought Beyeler & Cie dial company. It came from Denmark.
The part number for the tritilume dial is 13/106-0-10 with LUMI X-02 under the part number. No p/n for the tritium dial on the 1996 receipt because the AD used their internal code for the numbers.
Hard to tell a 'tritilume' dial from a tritium dial. Later Luminova 1016 replacement dials have SWISS MADE at the bottom, easy to spot.
