It’s interesting - or I think it is interesting. Others probably think I’m nuts for using up limited brainpower on it at all.
I thought you got the squadra blue and in some of your pics, especially wrist shots, you can only see the ends of the strap and all along I’ve been thinking “the color of the leather looks a little browner compared to mine which looks more grey”. On my squadra blue straps (I have two) and when I take a picture and look at it, I feel like the color in the pic looks different than it does in person.
I was thinking it’s just color corrections/adjustments from our various phone cameras.
But that is actually a perfect strap for the 1033 in my opinion. Especially based on the pics on the corrigia site.
I’ve seen you post this combo a few times but only on wrist. Any chance you can post a good shot of the whole thing flat down? Showing good shots of the strap?
Also in the strap thread we were talking about corrigia listings on their site differ from the actual product we get. Maybe we need to start our own catalogue.

There might some misunderstanding. I was thinking loud somewhere here about buying a Squadra blue for the 1033, but in the end I decided in favour of the Bentrovato Blue Limited Edition - Extreme Vintage Finish - the Summer Discount from Corrigia helped me with the decision.
The strap has a extremely soft surface, just like suede. Therefore it is very hard to get a "fix" colour. It is indeed more grey than brown, but the colour differs and it seems, that this strap is getting more dark and brown over the time. It also "touch sensitve". When you "brush" the surface against the grain it is getting darker. Hard to explain, especially when English is not your mother tongue ;-)
So here are some pictures made with the smartphone without colour correction or post processing ...
I hope, this helps you. I love this strap and for me it is an ideal combo with the 1033.

New MH04 Shadow strap from Thomas Handmade.
I love this thing man. I bought a Mark Sanders strap at $200 and the quality doesn’t even get close to the Thomas Handmade.
It’s 6mm but crazy supple and soft. Frankly the best I’ve had.
A little tip for those of you, who plan to buy a strap from Di Stefano. I yesterday ordered two straps and Simona answered me, that they are on holiday in August and offered me either to cancel the order or to wait until September and get one additional strap as a present for free. So this is a kind of buy 3 and pay 2 offer. Not bad ;-)
I just ordered 2 straps from Thomas, will post pics for you guys when they arrive, can't wait, they look amazing in his pictures.

The first strap I ever bought was a Toshi. It wasn’t bad but like you, I didn’t think it was anything special. For the price they charge, I thought there were a lot better straps. Or I should say I think ypu can get more strap for your money with other craftsmen. Or you can just get more straps from other sellers.
On a side note Woundup perhaps - I notice you have a lot of cordes straps. I’ve never ordered from him and I saw a strap I really want. How do you reach him? If? Email? Does he have a site?
