I received some HF from sead some time ago, all landed on the new caseset, whereas both HF offers from Toro (HF 113 and HF 390) are with the old caseset (ticker bezel and wrong CG)
Maybe that justify the very low price from Toro...
Just received my QC pics from Sead for the Pam 000. Have to say it looks great. Has anyone changed out the Crown with the Real Gen Crown on the H-Factory PAM 000 ? Does it even fit correctly ?

So it sound like SEAD is selling the 111 H fac with updated case for $159. Is that better now than the noob 111 v3?

Just picked this up. 411 from sead with latest case. Tried to capture the dial but i was in the car so yeah, thats the best i can do at the moment. Will post nicer pics later.

Here's a better one. Im left in awe really. I had my doubts on the new dials but when you have it in your hands, its amazing. The gen like feel is there. However i do agree that hfac uses a cheaper steel. Its significantly lighter compared to my noob pam. The case i got was perfect, imo comparable to noob v4 in certain areas but i wish they used a better material. By the way, the 411 came with the correct dial color too.
Here's a flaw that I noticed in all these new HF PAMs (I have two myself, so it's not just from looking at pictures): the whole cut in the middle of the dial is WAY too big, you can notice it from some angels and it's quite obvious!

As previously posted, I picked this up just before the price reduction on the new H maker watches. Still very pleased with it though and fit and finish appear excellent - better than a £1200 Glycine I have (by quite a long way too, which is shocking really). It looks like the back of the case has a fine turned finish, whereas from a quick search the gen caseback looks brushed.

In my opinion, rep leather is crap I'd get the rubber. The new and latest rep rubber is very soft and comfortable on the wrist.
