Sounds good.
But if the strap is not resizable under 7 inches, it might be a problem for some of us (including me).

The strap is long up to 9 inches. Unfortunately you cannot 'fine tune the clasp. Most reps are the same as the Gen watches .
The problem will be the watch is to tight or to loose and you writs may swell mike mine does in the summer. I know you can swap the clasp for a generic if you want if that is a problem. i am waiting for the U1 and metal bracelet.

Worst case indeed, gen straps, clasps and bracelets are affordable.
Maybe the small double deployment clasp could solve the issue for thinner wrists.
But let's wait it to land here and check if that is a real issue or not.
Anyway I already ordered a black/red leather strap. But maybe not everyone wants to do so.

FYI : although Mark made me an offer he was not allowed to buy this rep from the factory. I heard the same story with Eurotimez on RWG.

So far, it looks like Josh and Andrew have again negociated some exclusivity, and therefore there is no price competition allowed. I could be wrong, but so far you can't get this watch anywhere else.

So, from my side, sorry to confirm I won't review the new Sinn rep, as I just refuse to participate this game. I've been refunded my money, and it will go for an other rep.
I'm not only worried with that, but also angry as I bought a specific black/red strap to put on it, and of course I have no other watch to marry with... yet

I have been into reps for about 10 years and i can promise you you will see this Rep or other Sinn reps such as the U 1 available within the next year followed by the meta bracelet versions and PVD and eventually quartz with mineral crystal from dealers such as Watch Eden.

It reminds me of the TV infomercials that say : "not available in stores. you just pay postage and $ 50 handling fee"

Then about 6 months later you see the same exact product or 50 % off in a local Drugstore under the " Seen on TV" issle.

It is a waiting game. I took a marketing class back in college days and they called it "skimming the pot" They want to get as much $ as they possible can when the product comes out and later on the price falls and the outlets to sell the product get larger.

If you absolutely have to have it go with josh or Trusty for now...otherwise wait for the U1 model or the bracelt or PVD version you want.

The problem is not about rep manufacturers that want to make money and will intentionally produce flawed versions to later come with improved ones and sell you the things twice.
That's indeed nothing new, has always existed and will always exist.

The problem is about 2 dealers preventing the others to access one model, therefore preventing price competition and the customers purchasing from their prefered dealer.
If I buy from Jandrew, I'll pay much more than what I was offered by Timesshops, and probably much more than what Hont would ask.
That's not new as well, but it's been a while I have not seen such cartel behaviour raise again.
That might happen again with the U1 or whatever follows the Sinn GMT.

It is a "SINN" that you can on ly get the watch from the two Cartel Dealers. I can assure you guys it will be available from other dealers and on bracelet as willa s the U1 in the next year plus all the flaws will be worked out such as the second hand color etc.

I am so turned off by this watch, sorry to be a party pooper for all of you but I cannot stomach the fact that they are now replicating a genuine watch that is mostly as a genuine by most people, in fact, most can buy it with 2 months of their replica budget.

Why is a Sinn replica necessary. I am very turned off by this.
