+1 but it wil never happen. We should not have bought the current versions so they would keep improving

I saw someone on here put in a gen movement, I thought it was magnificent. Maybe I should look into taking matters into my own hands.

I love this watch to death. It is my dress watch, it basically has been the cornerstone of my collection and I treat it as if it was gen. If any watch deserves another version as close as possible to the gen, this would be it. High on my list for the revamped version, a better movement. The dial is sexy enough where only the die hards would notice it's a rep, but give me a smoother experience with the movement and money will be sent over so damn fast, the lollipop seconds hand would look like it stopped...or maybe the watch was shaken violently.

Actually, ever since getting the gen AT, I'm even more tempted to get a gen of this Spectre model. But the price for it in the used market hasn't dropped drastically so it's not gonna be easy. But I'll be more than happy with a gen of the regular non limited edition Seamaster 300 to be honest which is fairly priced both new or used.

I am trying to size the bracelet for my wrist. I have removed 3 links from each side but it's still a little lose.
Can i remove the "smaller" link ?
From which side it's better to remove the link ? Upper or Lower ?

Try removing another link, if it's too tight, make use of the micro adjustment on the clasp for that sweet spot fit.

Done it thanks. Loved the nato strap, but with the bracelet looks like a new watch. Even better. I guess i'll keep it on the bracelet even if i work at a desk and i'll scratch it.
This watch it's so beautiful that I fear even to wear it!

Just remember it's a replica.. The gen cost so much more... Imagine damaging that one.

I know we are not normally supposed to post QC pictures but i do have a specific question about mine, the triangle on the hour hand surrounding the lume dosent seem to be complete? im thinking i might be paranoid and this might be just the angle but i wanted to check with other who have ordered this watch. Is the hour hand ok?

Angle and light. Ask for other QC just to be sure.

Anyone got any advice on how to shorten the incredibly LONG nato strap so its not obvious?

Just thought I'd check before I hack away at it with my scissors!!!

There are tons guys who have done it. Get on the phone and start calling the ADs. If you're concerned about them selling you one don't be.
