I've been reminding myself that the gen is in white gold and rep is SS. This bothers me a little bit so I'm using it as an excuse to tame down the temptation.

My exact excuse. Trying to secure a gen OF bracelet. Will definitely pick this up if I can get an OF

Hi all guys and sorry but I have some doubts that are plaguing me. I received the QCs this morning of this QF Daytona Le Mans and I seem to notice the large central hand slightly off center and the dial a little off centre, the space between the dial print and the flange seems larger on the right than on the left. What do you think? Please help me because my eyes are getting blurry.

I attach the photos:

That's most likely due to the photo being taken from an angle and not representative of what it actually looks like

Having worked on chronos a lot these last months, I agree with the post from @RollyAP

The pic was taken with the camera ever so slightly to the left. Thus perspective gives you the seconds hand off to the left and the right rehaut seems larger

We need to wait for Clean ....but they have to hurry up because overall these QF's daytonas are tempting!!
ya there are 3 factory making this model now QF as seen here IPK ... dial markers look wrong to slim and wrong position.. and the latest from APS ... pro mo add looks ok ... be good if clean did it ... while waiting i bought the black and the pander 126500LN ... but yes if they (QF) finish off the gold rotor finer and if they do do a heavy ver and the dial is correct .... i dont know how long i can wait ... dam my clean ones are on another leavel.... this level i want to see on the lemans

the latest QF batch seems to have thicker white crystal gasket, creating a white ring around the crystal edge. Saw this on other qc images as well.

Some non TD posted apsf pics and i can't see any sunburst, maybe its just the pics.

Also, something to note about the qf: if you want it with added weight, the latest version of the qf le mans should be at around 176g.

It looks like SH has ditched the fake beat adjustor on the SH4131 / SH4132 movements. This is good (it’s a pain in the ass to service the balance with the decoration plate which is secured from the bottom). But it will make telling an SH4131 from a DD4131 much harder. At the moment the only “easy” way to tell the difference is that the DD has a skeletonized escape wheel and the skewed chronenergy gene petty for the pallet fork. While the escape wheel and pallet for are visible through the open caseback, they are tiny parts and obscured by the balance wheel and bridge.

I really need to update the comprehensive guide to reflect these changes. Better get my macro lens out and get some good pics!

a seller (non-td) is claiming that the movement is a Dandong movement which is not true. That seller also claims the watch and bracelet is plated. I also think he is lying.

This movement is most definitely an SH.
But, is there even a dandong 4131?
