Hi, I have a 438, since I prefer leather over bracelet, I've bought a gen Asso.

Now my question, this is my first PAM, and I have no idea how to remove the bracelet. Help, anyone?

Lovely watch by the way :)

I would like to get a gen asso strap. Where might I get one ?

does the crystal just push out from the back of the bezel assembly or does one need to remove the threaded ring?

You just need a 140 screwdriver and a tweezers.
Remove the screw with the screwdriver and pull it out with the tweezers. That's it.

Could you plz show me how to remove links on the bracelet for fitting my 6-inches wrist ?.. It's ceramic so I don't know what tools or size of screw diver to do it.

You'll need a bracelet sizing tool that can accomodate at least a 20mm bracelet (the bracelet is 24mm at the lugs but tapers to 20mm at the deployant). The procedure for resizing is in the link below (pics are not mine so I thought better to post the link :) ):

You can use a tool like that.

It's a very simple and cheap tool from eBay. You can find it for just 2-3$. But it works fine with the ceramic bracelet.

Has anyone mentioned that the minute hand is too short? I just ordered mine and I'm looking at all the pics and the minute hand is clearly too short! Anyone noticed this already?

Damn.. you are right! it is about 1mm too short! but, since it took so long to catch it... I can live with it.. but it is good catch, indeed.

YES it is true. Minute hand is actually shorter

We will see, because in the PAM 441 will be, most likely, the same

Thanks for the contribution

I will include this matter in PAM GUIDE asap.

As I was afraid: It is the same with PAM 441, the 441 minute hand is also shorter

This is even a problem from the old versions from KW-V6Fac because the old non-ceramic versions from these makers were the same

Should we consider downgrade the evaluation of ceramic version due to this matter??

I think they deserve a downgrading despite the high quality of the case, because a flaw on dial is not admissible .
What do you think??

Once seen it can't be unseen :(
Not so obvious flaw, but being on the dial I agree with a downgrade. Pity.
