thanks ALE, which is better A6497 or A6497-2? I think my TD exchange the watch in factory after I asked about the scratch I saw on the lugs

A6497 is LOW BEAT
A6497-2 is HIGH BEAT (better)

Nowadays A6497-2 high beat is usually used, but many tiems we call it A6497 without -2
Only some cheap reps and sometimes so-called " 6497 Swiss" movements are Low beat

Hi all, I just purchased my first rep from kuvarsitwatch and got my QC for pam 111 noob v4! Any comments for the pictures before I request for them to be shipped?

Movement with Y shaped rep Incabloc, correct OP engraving

Caseset: I would say V3, but this is not clear without a good pic from 6 or 12hrs

Most likely a typical False V4

Hi all, Firstly - thank you for all the wonderful knowledge! I am an active member of sister site RWG, but I have found the PAM knowledge to be far more extensive on here. However, as an unfortunate side effect of all the reading I've done (and it feels like I have read hundreds of pages!!), I simply cannot tell easily if the 3 PAM 111s that I have ordered are what I expected. I ordered the Noob v4 (offcourse lol) with the following movement: 6497-2 SWAN'S NECK 17 JEWELS HAND WOUND INCABLOC BALANCE. 21.600 V.P.H. (HIGH BEAT). I have attached the QC pics for just one of the watches - thoughts would be really appreciated, even if it's just to know that what i ordered is what I'm getting.

Any side by side pics of gen and V4 or V3 ? The Lume is not white enough and the font. How can you guys claim this is a good rep period ? I can't see it

That's not an engraved line, it's a protective clear sticker.

You mean true v4 where no leftover v3 parts? But the OP font at the back looks a tad too thick?

There will never be a complete perfect v4 as it has been more then a year since the rumoured v4. What they did slightly improve was the case shape where the lugs have more space from the edge of the case. Crown guard stays the same, one of the biggest tells for me with its wrong angled lever. The fat crown remains the same when they should use similar ones from KW and H-maker. Movement was slightly improved with the Y-incabloc.

Tbh, just buy one, look for obvious flaws (as you already did) and be happy. They are awesome watches.
