Great job people. Ordering both watches will give us all, including Angus, Toro and the factories, FACTUAL/PICTORIAL material so we can recommend changes for the (inevitable) new versions to come. I'm sure our friends in Guangzhou listen to what we discuss here unless they have a shadow PAM Consulting Team there.....

Or maybe different makers make different version of the same watch just to make us buy them all for comparison:lol:

Here are my QC pics..

I let my TD know that I wanted a rubber strap instead of a leather one and then I asked if that was lume paint that is close by the Minutes hand.

I would be hella mad if that was glowing dab of lume.

Also, can anyone confirm if the hands are pre-v. have a hard time telling if they are or not.

Thanks for the confirmation. I notice that non pre-V hands are way smaller in terms of the lume etc.

Yes I agree this is a clear H maker V1.2. Dial with correct "3" and thinner markers and Pre-V type hands

Concerning hand, We really should say Pre-V TYPE because the external shape is the same but the CONSTRUCTION structure is different.

Hfac have the PreV hands, but if the color is similar, take the Noob hands.
From the pics looks better.

I just got a couple of my Noob 360’s that I have on order.
First impression is very good!
The numbers actually dont look so bad/fat in real life, neither does the 3.
However, the CG lever rollerball are DLC’ed, and as far as I know the gen 360 have a SS rollerball.

But my main concern and focus have been the case colour.
It will be hard to judge since I don’t have the gen (go figure..) to compare with.
So I have compared it to the two DLC cases I already have, the Kuvarsit (first version) and a Avitt DLC case.

My conclusion is that the Noob case in daylight are lighter then both the Kuvarsit and Avitt.
But here is the twist; it’s darker under indoor lighting (regular ceiling lamp).

Looking at these pics once is enough..

First a pic from my old H-fac vs. Kuvarsit 360 thread to compare the H-fac (V1) to the Kuvarsit case.
I remember that I could not tell the two colours apart. To my eyes they were the same colour.

Here they are,
Noob case with the new strap and 360 dial.
Kuvarsit case with the 390 dial.
Inside with daylight outside.

Noob on top, Kuvarsit bottom.
Here You can clearly see that the Noob are lighter.

Side by side, Noob still with the 360 dial.

Here are some pics of the Noob case (right in first pic) with my Avitt DLC case (in the 1950 case).
Avitt was known to have perfect pencil lead DLC, but the Noob are lighter then Avitt’s.

Here is the Noob case in different light.
These two indoor pics were taken 5 seconds apart.
I moved the watch about 20cm from shadow to indirect light from the window.
To me these two pics tell me Noob got this DLC quite right.

But here is the Noob (on top) and Kuvarsit (bottom) later tonight.
Sun is down and they are under indoor light.
Now the Noob looks darker.
I think it have to do with that the Kuvarsit case is more matte and have a courser surface.
The Noob are more smooth finish that doesn’t absorb the light the same way Kuvarsit does?

Here is the DLC rollerball on the Noob vs. the SS on the Kuvarsit (excuse the dust).
If I remember correctly the gen 360 have a SS rollerball.

Beautiful movement for a rep. I have one on order with the Incabloc mod

Some pics of the dial.
Again the bold numbers and the short 3 are not that big of a issue IRL.
The numbers are raised perfectly, only a tad to fat..
I will take some comparison shots of the H-fac (V1) and Noob dial when I remove the H-fac dial from the case it’s in now.

Last a side by side with my H-fac dialed Kuvarsit 360 (left) and the new Noob (right)

Leaving aside the "3" marker and some misalignments, the Noob dial looks very correct
And since Kuvarsit and H maker have the same colour, following your first statment in first pic, Noob is in daylight lighter than Kuvarsit and H maker and has a really pencil lead grey colour.

But what is the matter with the gen?

But there are two H dials
V1- good thickness marker lume but wrong "3"
V1.2- Good "3" font but wrong thinner marker lume.

OMG!! there really is no good dial for this rep.

Just received both. Will take pics tomorrow, but I "feel" looking at pics is that sometimes hfac is too light, noob is almost always too dark.

That make sense?

Rub your fingers all over the H factory 360 and note how much this darkens the case.
