My TD claims that the KW has a much much better build quality. Those concerns of yours are not visible at all in real life and the possibility of running into someone with a gen 508, who would notice that your pearl is not the same shade of beige as yours and call you out is practically zero.

We cannot trust all TD statements, there are many commercial matters involved
In this concrete model KW has just better build quality but not much much better build quality. It is also true that KW quality is more consistent
Regarding pearls, they are hit a miss either KW or Zfac or another maker

I got the KW Seagull Non inverted. In my personal opinion, pearl appears to be perfect. I was particularly concerned with the pearl on the bezel and that one is just spot on!!!

I see they know much less about some watches than we do,but I understand them,they have to deal with many of them on a daily basis. My TD's main concern were the round minute markers on the bezel ( 15,30,45 ), they are seldom perfect.

Ah I see. I went with the kW version too. That makes me feel better knowing the pearl matches in real life.

Just received some QC pictures from Sead. I am a bit concerned with the bezel markers on "15", "30" and "45". They appear to be crooked/tilted. What do you think, should I accept it?

Based off what? The movement? The only thing I was able to spot was the obvious pearl color which is way off on the KW. However, I do see pics of the KW here with the pearl color even with the rest of the watch - which now throws me off a bit. Are the pics on Ryan's site regarding the KW's pearl not accurate?

I thought the same thing too that the pearl would be off, but it isn't. Here is my kw below.
