Looking at your QC pics, the 30 marker looks fine to me. The hands being a different lume color in the pic could easily be how the camera picked up the lighting.

Thanks for chiming in, yeah think Ive been starring on bezel markers to much. Pretty stoked about getting a ceramic watch finally.

Got two Dirks incoming just in case, a lot of mixed reviews on that strap from what I been reading.

As far as rep straps go, I think it's much better than most. Compared to a dirk stap though, yeah no comparison.

Did you do anything special to yours? Mine has this like plastic varnish on it. Another member told me that's what makes it crack, but idk since I haven't used the rep strap.

Nope nothing special. I will say the top cracked leather part of it does feel stiff, but it's totally wearable. It just isn't as soft or conforming as a nicer strap would be.

I didn't like the feel of the distressed leather strap it came with. I swapped it out for a beautiful vintage looking brown leather strap. All I need is a nice buckle to finish it. I had one of those big chunky brass submarine shaped buckles, love it, but it's too wide for the new strap :0(

You can buy a 24mm submarine buckle. The 0.5mm difference should be a problem.

Pretty sure the rep ceramic buckle it comes with is 24mm too.

Hi all, just ordered my Pam508 and got the QC pics today.

It's a V6F seagull version & I feel like the color of the pearl is a bit off...

I heard the color has been improved a while ago, please let me know if the color is indeed correct and it's just me worrying too much.

I would also like to thank ALE for the great PAM guide, its really informative & helpful !

Hello guys, here are my QC pics from a TD, I just want your thoughts on the dial markers specially the 6 oclock, looks to me like its not aligned and also the case back seems to have a scratch after the PANERAI engraving.
this is my first rep, and first PAM, what do you guys think?

I've chosen this PAM because I've read ALE's Bible(pam review/guide), on PAM. big thanks to him I've learned to love this PAM and was lucky enough to find this thread.
I would be very glad and thankful for your inputs gentlemen.
