I think ZF nailed the pearl color. The gen has uniform color for the pearl and dial markers. The kw one is way too dark.

The only flaw about zf is the words "Swiss made" being a little far apart from the 6 o clock marker.

I have a question about straps on these. I used to buy KW and Noob PAMs and their leather straps were always garbage, dry and stiff. But I've received a 449 ZF recently and the strap is actually pretty good and it smells nice. How's the strap on the ZF version?

A question for the KW version owners - are the numbers on the markers on the bezel uniform in color with the rest of the ecru colored inscriptions on the bezel and the dial? Or are they darker?
Comparison is between KW Ceramic and ZF PVD (not ZF Ceramic)...

I was advised by my TD of choice to reconsider my purchase, because he knows how I like my watches to be and he said I probably could not live with the way those round markers on the bezel are made.
On some pics they look darker than the bezel itself and somehow smoother,like they weren't ceramic. And those numbers look much darker than the rest of the inscriptions..I'd really like to see one in flesh..and there's no other way but too order one I guess

I love every thing about the latest KW version of this watch, Buttttttt----what is with the cloudy crystals in all the pics?
I rec'd a PAM 386 recently, and the crystal is superb! Ultra clear. Looks as good as my gen 24. I hate a cloudy crystal. Got away from Rep's for years for this very reason. Grrrrr!!!
